C1944 Primal Blood's Spokesperson
"Dragon Slaying Stage!"
Nearby, the Abyssal Leviathan exclaimed in shock.
Its primal form, a massive beast, was still within the Water Mystic Realm it had created, besieging the Starbeast God and the Galehound God.
In his guise as a massive green fish, he occasionally jabbed at the two Beast Gods from the Otherworld with his razor-sharp fins.
Yet, in his form as a gaunt old man, he had already left the Mystic Realm and was closing in on the ensnared Abyssal Greater Basilisk.
This human form held only a fifth of his power, but it could freely exchange vital energy with his giant beast form over such a short distance.
His initial intent had been to come to the Lizard's aid.
Like the Lizard, he too had keenly sensed a superior force within the Dark Tower.
The Primal Blood of this world had granted him a Secret of Life, deepening his perception.
As the blood chains coiled around the Lizard's form twisted with the swirling divine rainbows, he realized the Lizard couldn't possibly endure it.
Were it his own giant beast form ensnared, he feared he'd be equally helpless.
His plan was to obliterate the Dark Tower!
Having arrived in Aihoyari as just his real body, he had assumed Yu Yuan would be similarly at a loss.
But the transformation of the Dragon Slaying Stage into a red crystal form made him instantly aware of his misjudgment.
Yu Yuan, the guardian of the "Abyssal Gate," was actually capable of channeling the mightiest vital energy, one that reigned supreme over all living creatures, through the Dragon Slaying Stage!
"You, you are... the spokesperson for the Primal Blood of this world!"
The Rat God Panot, tumbling and scrambling across the cosmos, finally stood beneath the Dark Tower, at the red and black jade altar.
He cradled the belt laid atop the altar with both hands, treating it with utmost reverence.
Panot's face was etched with disappointment as he lamented his poor fortune in choosing Aihoyari.
Yet in a moment, his gaze turned resolute and decisive.
Whoosh! Whoosh! Whoosh! Whoosh!
The splendid divine rainbows, not yet severed by Yu Yuan, suddenly recoiled back towards the Dark Tower.
They resembled tentacles, grotesquely magnified in size.
Panot realized he had hit an insurmountable obstacle. Aware that his situation was dire, he had no choice but to cut his losses.
The Dragon Slaying Stage, transformed into a red crystal, radiated vitality and sharpness. This allowed the Rat God, tasked with the crucial role of harvesting blood seeds, to sense a superior life force emanating from the stage—akin to that of their king!
This indicated that the human youth before him had become another favored by the Primal Blood, following the Titan Spinosaurus of the bygone era.
He possessed the complete life sequence of all beings within this realm!
The formidable red crystal, enriched with the life chain of Primal Blood, naturally became a bloodthirsty blade. As it severed the arc light, it instinctively absorbed the blood seeds it carried.
Many of these blood seeds, belonging to the Wasteland, had been collected by their king!
The thought of the Lord of Ruin's authority and ruthlessness sent a chill down Panot's spine. He feared the loss of the blood seeds would lead to accountability by their king and, possibly, severe punishment.
Crack! Crack!
Upon noticing Panot's retreat, Yu Yuan disregarded his words and, with swift strokes of the Dragon Slaying Stage, cleaved through more than a dozen divine rainbows.
As the divine rainbows shattered, billions of tiny crystal fragments scattered, each distinct from the Life Seeds of the Origin Realm.
This was not only advantageous for the growth of his Solar Spirit but also coveted by the Primal Blood!
"The Dark Tower assumes a defensive posture when influencing the Void Rules. However, when it shifts to an offensive stance, as it did in its attempt to hunt down living creatures, its impact on the space rules significantly diminishes."
The Abyssal Leviathan had also discerned the intricacies of the Dark Tower and came to know its name.
While besieging the other two Beast Gods, he managed with apparent ease, never succumbing to the giant beast's frenzy. Remaining lucid, he was vigilant of the surrounding activity.
"Yu Yuan, you might want to try constructing the Starway to bring them through," the Abyssal Leviathan suggested helpfully.
After a lengthy observation, he noticed the force field beneath the Dark Tower altered when the Onyx Altar surfaced.
Now, with the Dragon Slaying Stage serving as a Starway, Taishi, Kaiya, Reid, and other formidable beings could swiftly join the fray.
Upon their arrival, the conflict in the Aihoyari would swiftly come to an end, with no Beast God managing to evade capture.
"Hmm."
Yu Yuan responded offhandedly, watching Panot fumble with his belt and readjust the energy flow of the Dark Tower.
Silver lightning danced like a school of fish within the pool, and the Onyx Altar once again descended.
The Dark Tower's power to suppress the Void Rules manifested anew.
"Actually, it's unnecessary."
Panot's ludicrous actions couldn't help but draw a chuckle from Yu Yuan, who suddenly felt a surge of eagerness as he eyed Panot's belt.
He was utterly convinced of the immense benefits that Panot's blood seed-laden belt held for his Solar Spirit and Primal Blood.
If he could just acquire that belt and extract the blood seeds, then infuse them into his Solar Spirit, it would trigger a transformative evolution.
The Primal Blood of this realm stood to gain significantly as well.
The blood seeds within the belt were primarily harvested from the intelligent life of the Wasteland, extending beyond just alien beasts.
It included the blood seeds of numerous species enslaved by alien beasts, who revered these creatures as their lords and deities.
This would broaden the Primal Blood's understanding of life in the Wasteland, offering insights into its evolutionary processes and enhancing its own progression.
"What are you staring at!?"
Panot clutched his belt protectively, his plump rodent form quivering with apprehension.
He sensed the peril in Yu Yuan's gaze.
"Nothing at all."
Yu Yuan averted his eyes, then turned his attention to the Abyssal Greater Basilisk. In just a short time, he noticed that the Lizard's wounds had significantly healed.
The healing seemed to be fueled by... the dark hound.
The remains of the dark hound, not yet fully digested within the Lizard's belly—its limbs, head, and heart—had become the source of its recuperative power.
"Are you okay?"
Yu Yuan inquired.
The Lizard, its scales a fresh platinum from the refined beast blood, shook its head in response.
"Good."
Yu Yuan gave a slight nod, extended his hand toward the Dragon Slaying Stage, and pulled out the last Abyssal Winged Lizard, declaring, "Mission accomplished."
He tossed the Abyssal Winged Lizard toward the Lizard, entrusting its protection to him.
In a moment of bewilderment, the eighth-level Abyssal Winged Lizard found itself cast into the extraterrestrial.
Without hesitation, it soared toward its ancient ancestor.
"I've preserved your life. Moreover, he has used the Hawk God's claws and divine blood to partially restore his beastly form within my Dragon Slaying Stage," Yu Yuan stated, his tone even.
With a splat, the eighth-level Abyssal Winged Lizard landed in the mud before the Lizard. Before it could gather its wits, the mud engulfed it, forming a dense mud sphere.
Encasing the mud sphere was a layer of mucus spat out by the Lizard, mingled with filth, enveloping the young beast in layers.
"I knew you had it in you," the Lizard said, gratitude in his voice. Spotting the Abyssal Leviathan drawing near, he smiled wearily and waved it off. "That's enough, no need to come closer. Keep those two Beast Gods contained for me. Once I've dealt with this silver hawk, we'll feast on the remaining Beast Gods together."
The Lizard licked his lips and, with a low growl and a shake of his head, lunged at the Hawk God Soderis.
Creatures like the Dark Hound and the Hawk God Soderis, these Beast Gods from the Otherworld, barely registered in his eyes.
Over countless millennia, he had slain the mightiest of the tenth-level beings, even the vast Dark Deities of the Everlands, without harboring much fear for the Dark Phoenix.
Only beings like Bertain, the ancient spinosaurus, and the Lord of Ruin, who had recently manifested his vitality in the Dark Tower, could unsettle him and make him feel constrained.
"Yu Yuan, I'll handle this silver hawk. And thank you for preserving the lineage of my offspring and for your willingness to intervene in Aihoyari," the Lizard murmured to Yu Yuan, his back turned.
Soderis cried out in anguish and darted toward a void realm, streaking through the sky like a flash of silver lightning.
"Panot, Yu Yuan is a peer to our king. You must report this at once!" Soderis cried out as he fled. The Dark Tower and Panot abruptly parted ways, flickering in the cosmos before vanishing from sight.
When the Dark Tower reemerged, it was once again at Soderis's side.
As the Hawk God drew near the Dark Tower, there seemed to be a slight release of tension.
However, the Abyssal Greater Basilisk was hot on their trail.
*Rip! Rip!*
Space magic surged within the Lizard's platinum scales as he pushed himself, despite his injuries, to increase his speed, doggedly pursuing Soderis.
The presence of the Dark Tower suppressed the ability to teleport within Aihoyari, trapping the Lizard.
The considerable drain of vital energy was used to hastily refine his space magic, a tactic that was far from prudent.
But he was undeterred.
...
"This?"
Miles away, Zheng Luanjie and Qin Yan of the Skyreach Consortium hovered with their Solar Spirit Bodies.
The starry sky they had departed from was now a chaotic mess, strewn with blood mist and wreckage.
The stars that the Silverscale Tribe had used to worship the Abyssal Winged Lizard were now shattered, turned into countless meteorites.
The Lizard, in his giant beast form, the Abyssal Leviathan, Hawk God Soderis, Yu Yuan's Divine Visage, and the other two Beast Gods were all strikingly prominent and immense.
Particularly the Lizard and the Abyssal Leviathan, they loomed larger than the unexploded stars, conspicuous even across the vast expanse of space.
This was unmistakably an apocalyptic frenzy!
The two Solar Spirits who had stumbled into this scene were cast into deep shadow by what they witnessed, a darkness that might never be dispelled in their lifetimes.
"Yu, Yu Yuan."
Qin Yan uttered the name with a stutter, her voice tense.
She was far from foolish.
She could sense that Yu Yuan, wielding the crimson blade, was exceptional among the assembly of mighty beings.
His brilliance was blinding.
