C1992 The Glowing Land That Kept Rising!

Yuen Bu, embodying the Old Ape's mystical form, made an unexpected appearance in the Time Secret Area amidst the ruins. This unforeseen event shattered some of Yu Yuan's plans. The corporeal form of the Yang God, assuming another's shape, transformed into a resplendent crystal mountain, standing sentinel before the Abyss Gate. In that moment, Yu Yuan pondered whether to refine the legacy of the ancient spinosaurus and the arcane bloodline secrets tied to the colossal beasts. He had already mastered the ironclad laws and profound truths within.

To acquire the complete life sequence of a world's source blood, one must amass the exquisite essence of blood from that world and the related species. Only by achieving this could one grasp the full essence of life and ascend to the Eleventh Level. The ancient Titan spinosaurus had accomplished this before venturing into the Abyss, during its search for new realms.

Moreover, by vanquishing the Abyss's denizens, the Titan spinosaurus had enhanced its own source blood by claiming the bloodlines of those alien creatures. During its reign over the cosmos, the surviving behemoths like the Secular Bird Queen and the Abyss Goanna had their bloodlines deciphered by the Titan spinosaurus through its interactions with their kin, unraveling the arcane laws within. Additionally, by securing the blood of the Secular Bird and the ancient lizards, the Titan spinosaurus could analyze the Bloodline Crystal Chain from the source blood, achieving a convergence of blood.

What Yu Yuan currently lacked was the lineage of the behemoths that had once roamed this world, those annihilated by the Titan spinosaurus, which might now be extinct. He had intended to slowly meditate and perceive, using his time overseeing the Abyss Gate to fill this void. In doing so, the Abyss Gate would enable his elevation to the Eleventh Level without fracturing.

However, Yuen Bu had disrupted his plan. Bereft of time to delve into the intricacies of the giant beasts' bloodlines, he was compelled to adopt the most expedient and straightforward method: to assimilate the life essence imprinted within the Yang God's source blood in one fell swoop. Like a behemoth devouring its kin, there was no need for gradual comprehension—direct absorption was key. Yet, this approach would inevitably lead to the fragmentation of the Abyss Gate.

The Great Demon God Beilstein had emerged below, pursued by the Evil God, and cautioned him to continue guarding the Abyss Gate for a bit longer, urging him not to rush into shattering it.

The supreme beings of the Demon Palace also made a special visit, expressing the same desire for him to stand watch for a while longer.

Their aim was to grant the Demon Phoenix more time within the Phoenix Shrine in the Dark Wing Starfield, to aid in the emergence of additional Beast Gods.

Had Yuen Bu not made an appearance, or had the Old Ape not descended in his true form, he might have been content to wait.

But now, waiting was no longer an option.

He couldn't be certain whether Yuen Bu's true self had arrived from the Origin Realm or if he was lurking somewhere near the Abyss Gate, biding his time until he left for another battlefield.

If he were to leave, Yuen Bu would simply destroy the Abyss Gate and claim the advantage for himself.

Instead of allowing that, he decided it would be better to consume it beforehand, regardless of Beilstein's or the Demon Phoenix's intentions. He resolved to shatter the Abyss Gate himself.

"That settles it!"

With this thought,

Whoosh! Whoosh! Whoosh!

Clusters of multi-colored clouds, previously concealed in various parts of the Abyss Gate, began to converge upon his Yang God. They swarmed like swallows returning to their nest, eager to merge with his divine essence.

Hua!

Beneath the Abyss Gate, where an impenetrable darkness once reigned, a piercing light suddenly emerged.

The brilliance was overwhelming!

Dimly, an immense tract of land could be seen slowly ascending.

Peering through the now semi-transparent Abyss Gate, Yu Yuan scrutinized the scene below and could make out an imposing palace.

These grand and majestic palaces, constructed from luminous Divine Stones, sparkled with an entrancing light.

The barrier separating the two worlds was growing increasingly translucent under the glow of this vast land, allowing Yu Yuan a glimpse into the Abyss World.

Previously, only the unending void lay beneath the Abyss Gate, but now, the darkness was scattered by the radiant land.

"The topmost layer of the seven-layered Abyss, with only a luminous land shining upon the many worlds of the six layers below," Yu Yuan thought to himself.

He recalled the time his Yin God wandered the Abyss alongside Extreme Intelligence, vividly remembering the largest piece of land he had seen while gazing upward from the depths below.

At the pinnacle of the Abyss, there lay a land that cast its light upon the many worlds below, a place long believed to be the ancestral home of humanity. Once, the inhabitants of the Abyss referred to them as the Protoss, who reigned over all the Evil Gods from that very land.

No, that wasn't quite right!

A new thought struck Yu Yuan. The radiant land that illuminated the entire Abyss World—could it possibly be...

Suddenly, a portion of the Yang God, resembling a cascading crystal Holy Mountain, burst forth with an unusual luminescence. A spatial passageway linked to the Dragon Slash Platform materialized.

The Yang God had mastered the bloodline secret technique of the Void Spirit Succubus and had acquired the Space-time Dragon's bloodline secret technique from the Dragon Slash Platform. This body could nearly transform into the Dragon Slash Platform when needed.

"Lady Cadorath!"

Within the Time Secret Area, now a realm of the past, Yu Yuan stood above the Dragon Slash Platform and gestured to Cadorath, "Would you please come over here alone?"

At that moment, Yuen Bu was getting accustomed to the Old Ape's form while purifying the Skyshatter Hammer with his own bloodline secret technique, not rushing to deliver a fatal blow.

"Me?"

The matriarch of the Bright Clan, who had been restraining Taishi and Reid with the Scepter of Light, was taken aback when Yu Yuan suddenly beckoned to her.

Cadorath was bewildered.

"Go ahead," encouraged Taishi, detaching himself from the Scepter of Light, which resembled a vessel of light. He tugged Reid along and propelled the Scepter of Light with his divine force, sending Cadorath towards the Dragon Slash Platform.

Cadorath, accompanied by the Scepter of Light, stood on the Dragon Slash Platform, only to vanish from sight. When she reemerged, she found herself at the Abyss Gate. Gazing down at the wondrous crystal mountain formed by Yu Yuan's Yang God, she saw a dazzling land ascending slowly from the dark abyss.

With a whoosh, the Scepter of Light contracted and settled into her grasp. Her delicate frame shook uncontrollably.

Her hand, along with the scepter, quivered as they pointed towards the increasingly luminous Abyss Gate. She fixated on the land growing ever more radiant, exclaiming, "It's, it's, it's... inside!"

Cadorath's voice was frantic with revelation, "The King of the Desolate Realm and that black goat—they've deceived me! The Light Origin Spirit is not in the Desolate Realm at all; it's right beneath us, on that land!"

She was absolutely certain!

Despite the barrier of the Abyss Gate, unable to bask in the glow of the land below or to see it clearly, her conviction was unwavering. As the mightiest among the Bright Clan in this world, the one closest to the luminous path, she instantly knew that the fabled Light Origin Spirit was beneath that land.

There was no doubt in her mind!

If the Light Origin Spirit was below, and the Abyss lay beneath, then Yuen Bu and the black goat were deceiving her. They intended to tempt her into refining a measure of Life Stoste, to forge the Life Keychain and achieve immortality, only to become subservient to Yuen Bu's will.

Once the Life Keychain was complete, her thoughts and intellect might become corrupted by Cadorath.

At that point, she would no longer be herself but would slowly succumb to becoming a pivotal pawn in the Desolate Realm, a spearhead in Yuen Bu's battles.

Cadorath broke into a cold sweat, gripping the Scepter of Light as she naturally descended.

She seemed eager to draw nearer to the ascending land, as close as possible.

Ideally, she would cross the Abyss Gate to reach the land below.

"Just as I suspected."

Yu Yuan's voice emerged from the Yang God, who had resumed his human form, pausing his consumption of the giant beasts' bloodline secrets.

Like Cadorath, he gazed with curiosity at the land that continued to rise, seemingly pressing against the Abyss Gate.

The higher it rose, the more visible it became, allowing him a glimpse into the true face of this world.

"That is!"

Cadorath exclaimed in astonishment, her bloodline resonating mysteriously with the light source below. Empowered by the Scepter of Light, she seemed to see even more clearly than Yu Yuan.

She beheld a figure, standing hands behind his back on the vast, luminous land.

It was the Extreme Intelligence she knew well!

Having long associated with the Demon Lord Tan Xiaotian and fallen into the Abyss, there he was on that miraculous land, seemingly smiling at her.

At that moment, a consciousness crossed the Abyss Gate, manifesting within Cadorath's being.

The awareness did not originate from the Extreme Intelligence; it was concealed deep within the land. It was the Light Origin Spirit that Cadorath had been dreaming of finding and yearning to connect with!

The Light Origin Spirit extended an olive branch to her, signaling its goodwill.

It wished for her to shatter the Abyss Gate, allowing this land to escape the abyss and emerge into the Origin Realm!

It even referred to this as... coming home.

Cadorath, with her doll-like appearance, was suddenly torn. Doubts swirled in her mind, and she instinctively turned to Yu Yuan.

"Stop, don't step on the Abyss Gate. If you do, the gate will consume all your vital energy," Yu Yuan warned.

Cadorath, a peak warrior from another race, harbored exceptional blood energy within her, which would also be constrained by the Abyss Gate. Stepping on it would surely have consequences.

"Yu Yuan," Cadorath said, her eyes filled with regret. She refrained from landing.

Instead, she touched the tip of the Scepter of Light to the vibrant Abyss Gate.

"I'm sorry. It was only after truly feeling its presence that I understood I've been waiting for it since birth, seeking its acknowledgment," Cadorath spoke softly, apologizing.

Yu Yuan's face darkened as he asked sternly, "What are you planning to do?"

"If it's destined to break, then let the gate shatter. I'm ready to welcome its return. It's long overdue to come home," Cadorath murmured.

"Come home? Who?"

At his outburst, Yu Yuan finally noticed the familiar figure standing on the land that was ascending forcefully, drawing ever closer to the Abyss Gate.

"Extreme Intelligence! Are you the one he's welcoming home?" Yu Yuan bellowed.

The figure below was not the departed soul spirit but the flesh-and-blood body that Extreme Intelligence had forged in the Abyss.

It was a human form, with a core essence inside, still voraciously absorbing the Abyss's chaotic and ferocious energy, growing exponentially stronger.

The Extreme Intelligence below seemed many times more powerful than before.

Moreover, around Extreme Intelligence, there were no Evil Gods or formidable Abyss creatures. Instead, numerous young men and women stood around him, visibly anxious and restrained.

They appeared to be absorbing his teachings, yearning for the celestial life and eager to explore the Boundless Great World.
