C2034 The Sword's Cry

Amidst the howling tumult, a thunderous roar erupted from within the burning expanse of the Heavenly Source Continent, precisely from the location of the Sword Sect. The cacophony originated from the Sword Cave, a sacred site left untouched by the sect, entombing thousands of Spiritual Swords. Following the roar, a symphony of swords resounded, as each Spiritual Sword and Divine Sword burst forth with dazzling divine light, rejoicing with palpable excitement.

Shortly thereafter, the Divine Swords and Spiritual Swords embedded within the Sword Cave began to exert their power collectively, like a swarm of industrious ants. Astonishingly, they carried the massive Sword Cave out of the engulfing flames and into the dimly lit cosmos.

The humming of the swords filled the air as the sword spirits searched frantically for direction, their longing akin to that of travelers yearning for home. In this strange starry expanse, this unfamiliar world, they found neither the people nor the objects they knew.

All that floated in the somber stellar ocean was a solitary Dragon Slash Platform, upon which a figure stood with a complex gaze fixed upon the swords.

The Divine Swords and Spiritual Swords, possessing a rudimentary sentience, took notice of the silhouette atop the Dragon Slash Platform. They strained to discern if this was the one they sought, but quickly realized that this individual was not their intended target. Despite this, they felt a profound affinity for the figure, who had once shown them special care.

Suddenly, a figure of great wisdom materialized, observing the Sword Cave as it broke free from the vastness and drifted through the dark starry river.

"Sir," he said, his face etched with a tinge of sorrow as he beheld Yu Yuan's true form, seated in tranquility on the Dragon Slash Platform, his attention fixed on the Sword Cave's movements.

With utmost respect, Ji Hui bowed deeply. "I have taken the Sword Cave with me. It is, after all, the resting place of numerous Divine Swords, the very bedrock and support of the Sword Sect."

As he spoke, Ji Hui cast cautious glances at Yu Yuan, who had remained steadfast, accompanying the maelstrom's flight without ever departing.

Yu Yuan gestured dismissively, signaling for Ji Hui to take his leave. With a moment's hesitation, Ji Hui grasped a broken flagpole and traced lines of spatial luminescence, enveloping the Sword Cave before departing into the distance.

Yu Yuan, still perched upon the Dragon Slash Platform and seemingly lost in contemplation, paid no heed to Ji Hui's actions nor to the departure of Ji Hui and the Sword Cave.

"Lin Daoke," Yu Yuan whispered to himself, his mind drifting back to the moment he received the legacy of the "Optimus Sword," when he employed the Sky Opening Array to command the swords in shattering the Empyrean Array.

Yu Yuan whispered softly, his mind involuntarily recalling the grandeur of the moment when he inherited the Optimus Sword and wielded the Sky Opening Array to shatter the Empyrean Array with the command of ten thousand swords.

At that time, he didn't intervene as the Divine Swords and Spiritual Swords paid homage to what they perceived as the true spirit of all swords.

The river of sword light in the Firefly Starfield, left behind by the Great Sword Immortal who perished beyond the heavens, was escorted back to the sword cave by the Divine Sword.

This was a responsibility he had accepted upon receiving the legacy of Nie Qingtian. It was a duty he was bound to fulfill, and he could not interfere.

...

In the abyss, Yu Mu, Su Qingmo, and Xue Jiu, along with the sword spirits they had refined and merged with, felt a presence emerge within the depths of their souls. It was the Divine Sword, forged from Lin Daoke's Primordial Spirit!

This extraordinary Divine Sword, held in awe by all beings, both terrestrial and celestial, seemed to break through the confines of space as the Abyss Gate shattered, allowing them to perceive its presence with sudden clarity.

The sword resided deep within their souls, now serving as their faith and the very pillar of their Sword Dao. It represented both the foundation and the ultimate destination of the Sword Dao. It was as if the sword was both the origin and the culmination of their path.

"It's the Sect Master!" Su Qingmo, overwhelmed by the sensation of the sword, found herself with tears streaming down her face, whispering, "It's our Sect Master. It's as if he's watching over me."

A surge of excitement raced up Yue Mu's spine as he beamed with joy, exclaiming, "The Sect Master's Sword Dao has advanced further! Though we don't know what has transpired, here in the abyss, we can sense the Divine Sword of the Sword Sect!"

"Look over there!" Xue Jiu, typically stoic and unfeeling, pointed towards an obscure piece of land on the seventh layer of the abyss. In that lightless realm, where countless members of the Abyss Tribe slaughtered one another, stood a mountain peak etched with innumerable sword marks.

As the three Great Sword Immortals from the Sword Sect simultaneously sensed Lin Daoke's Primordial Spirit Sword, their gaze fell upon the mountain peak, and they witnessed an extraordinary sight. Lin Daoke sat atop the peak, his eyes closed, as if in deep contemplation of the sword. The sword intent radiating from him carved dense patterns into the mountain's face, as if with a sculptor's chisel.

Time passed swiftly.

Then, one day, as if struck by a sudden revelation, Lin Daoke withdrew his pervasive sword intent and drifted away from that place.

Yue Mu and his companions were transported back in time by the perception of Lin Daoke's Primordial Spirit Sword, witnessing the process by which he comprehended the sword.

The sight of Lin Daoke departing with such an air of unrestrained freedom left them feeling as if they had achieved true liberation.

"Sect Master!"

The three Great Sword Immortals were filled with respect as they gazed into the abyssal sky, straining to feel Lin Daoke's presence.

...

In the Gray Domain.

"Sect Master!"

"Lin Daoke!"

Lu Hongpeng, Van Heqing, and the other exalted figures, along with Jun Chen, who was delving into the sword spell, shared Yue Mu and the others' sentiments.

Gazing upon Lin Daoke's Primordial Spirit Sword and the image of his Primordial Spirit within, they experienced a peculiar urge to prostrate themselves before the ultimate embodiment of the Sword Dao.

Van Heqing, who had achieved the supreme Primordial Spirit, found his understanding of the Sword Dao resonating with Lin Daoke's sword.

With a hiss, countless sword lights, fine as strands of hair, flickered within Lin Daoke's Primordial Spirit Sword.

Each glimmer seemed to etch a Sword Dao True Spell into the fabric of the Divine Sword.

Any who could perceive this sword, be they wielders of the Divine Sword or practitioners of the sword, established a spiritual bond with it.

This included members of the Sword Sect, the Divine Soul Sect, and sword cultivators from various corners of the vast Heavenly Source Continent.

Those who practiced the true sword techniques and could feel Lin Daoke's Primordial Spirit Sword would leave their mark upon it with their sword intent and sword spell.

This was considered a supreme honor!

To sense Lin Daoke's Primordial Spirit Sword and to envision it within one's sea of consciousness was to be among the most gifted sword cultivators, destined to be immortalized in history.

Lin Daoke's Primordial Spirit Sword was the very source of all swords!

Such was Lin Daoke, such was his mastery of the sword, that all the powerhouses gathered in the Gray Domain were astounded.

No one could have conceived that Lin Daoke's Primordial Spirit Sword could manifest an effect akin to the mythical Sword Origin Spirit.

Having reached such a pinnacle, was Lin Daoke not the embodiment of the Eleventh Level?

"Everyone!"

Sensing the impending crisis, Taishi called out, "Zenith Intelligence, Han Miaoyuan, Qin Luo, and the others, with their origins within, are corrupting the Gray Domain. Their survival and continued presence here threaten to unravel its fundamental laws. We must address this issue immediately."

With a resounding rip, a dazzlingly sharp sword light burst forth from Lin Daoke's Primordial Spirit Sword, cleaving through the invisible barrier of the Starry Forbidden Ground with unmatched ferocity. Onlookers gazed upward, witnessing starlight trickle through the newly formed breach.

Beyond this aperture lay the familiar expanse of the real Origin Realm.

A realization dawned upon the crowd: the enigmatic domains such as the Gray Domain, Dark Domain, and Demon Domain were all nestled within the Origin Realm itself.

The distinction between a Starry Forbidden Ground and an actual Starfield lay in the former's massive barrier, which shrouded and sealed off a Starfield, isolating it from the universe.

The Gray Domain's barrier existed to contain the rich stellar energies from spilling out.

Without the Starry Forbidden Ground's encompassing barrier, the potent energies from the Tia Main Planet would have diffused into neighboring Starfields, stripping the Gray Domain of its unique essence.

The Gray Domain's allure and mystique stemmed from its possession of the densest starry sky energy in the Origin Realm.

Now, the once invisible and gargantuan barrier encasing the Gray Domain had been penetrated by Lin Daoke's sword light, effectively creating another entryway.

Should Lin Daoke choose, he could wield his sword once more, transforming the enigmatic forbidden domain crafted by the ancient Titan and Spinosaurus into a common Starfield within the Origin Realm.

Abruptly, the sound of countless swords resonating filled the air.

Boom!

The sword cave from the Heavenly Source Continent descended through the breach carved by the sword light, from another world.

Beside the Sword Cave, a flicker of odd light revealed Ji Hui, who had silently departed with the Soul Summoning Flag's broken staff. Unbeknownst to all, he had guided the Sword Cave to the Gray Domain.

Upon his arrival, Ji Hui cast an embarrassed glance at Yu Yuan's Yang God, at a loss for words. He was acutely aware that Yu Yuan, the master of the Dragon Slash Platform, could have prevented him from relocating the Sword Cave to the Gray Domain, yet Yu Yuan had refrained from intervening.

"Senior, I implore you to summon the Dragon Slash Platform back," Lin Daoke entreated once more.

This time, even the Secular Bird Queen, Taishi, and formidable beings like the Abyss Goanna and Reid, recognized Lin Daoke's merit, believing he had earned the right to request Yu Yuan's full effort.

Whoosh!

Another Yu Yuan and Youyu emerged from the space-time gate on Tia Main Planet, soaring past the boundary wall and suspending themselves in the starry sky.

In the eyes of Yang God Yu, streaks of crimson lightning suddenly interwove.

The hole, created by Lin Daoke's sword light and into which Ji Hui and the Sword Cave had fallen, was rapidly sealed by the weaving crimson lightning, as thick as dragons.

Sizzle! Sizzle!

The surface of the Heaven Opening Flare Star was similarly laced with this intertwining crimson lightning.

The sole entrance to the Gray Domain was completely engulfed by the crimson lightning, effectively sealing off any possibility of entry or exit.

Thanks to the efforts of Ji Hui and Han Miaoyuan, the previously perforated Gray Domain suddenly became airtight.

"The Dragon Slash Platform is crafted from the Heaven Opening Flare Star, inscribed with the laws of heaven and earth. After numerous refinements and carvings, it has transformed into one of the mightiest artifacts between heaven and earth."

Yu Yuan gazed at the peculiar celestial body.

A silver-white stone soared from the Heaven Opening Flare Star, settling into the center of his palm.

"There we have it, it has now become the Dragon Slash Platform."
