C2164 He Was Everywhere

Hiss!

Vivid streaks of lightning danced around Yu Yuan's divine Dharma idol, imbued with the profound laws of heaven and earth, leaving all beings within the Gray Domain in awe.

The divine Dharma idol could alter its size at will, with no upper limit to its stature.

Yet, Yu Yuan's Dharma idol encapsulated the ultimate mysteries of the cosmos, exuding a solemn and sacred aura that commanded respect from all who gazed upon it, human and creature alike.

Upon witnessing Yu Yuan's unique Dharma idol, the guardian within the vast expanse bowed deeply in a humble gesture of reverence.

To the guardian, the death of Gomez seemed inconsequential.

"Olliergues!"

A spectral green Soul Blade burst forth from the third eye on Yu Yuan's forehead, cleaving the murky void of the Gray Domain in twain, creating a bifurcation in the fabric of reality.

The Soul Blade pierced the atmospheric layers of the vast expanse, unerringly seeking out the Evil God Olliergues amidst the turbulent energies of the abyss.

"Protector!" cried Olliergues in a desperate plea for salvation.

Rooted in the body of the Evil God Brie, his malevolent soul began to disintegrate like snowflakes in a blaze under the assault of the green Soul Blade.

He recognized the blade as a manifestation of the supreme Great Dao of the Soul, a power he knew his own might and mystical insights could not withstand.

For Yu Yuan, the Abyss Lord, wielded the core and most exquisite Great Dao derived from the Abyss Origin Soul.

Thus, the Soul Blade, a conduit of his power, possessed a devastating potency against all creatures born of the Abyss.

"Olliergues, you should always hold a heart of reverence towards my master," the Guardian stated icily, unmoved by the Evil God's cries for help. "Despite his differing stance, neither you nor Gomez should have been so brazen. You are ignorant of his contributions to the Abyss; mockery was never warranted."

"Sir, I realize my mistake, please save me!" Olliergues implored in agony.

The Guardian remained stoic.

Within the green Soul Blade, myriad minuscule, imperceptible blades continued to sever Olliergues' Evil Soul.

Beneath the relentless edge of the Soul Blade, he watched as the profound memories and laws he had once mastered were stripped away from him, one by one.

Memories, life experiences, and the mysteries of laws were all integral parts of his Evil Soul. Yet, as the green Soul Blade swept through, these vital components began to fade away. With their complete disappearance, it signified the end of the Evil God Olliergues, whose soul was utterly extinguished.

Brie, from the Dark Elfkind, sensed that Olliergues, who had been steadily draining his life force, remained entrenched within him, but his soul was now gone. Any being, regardless of its form, might continue to exist without its flesh and blood. However, once the soul is lost, even the most formidable physical form is rendered lifeless.

Under the assault of the green Soul Blade, the Evil God Olliergues's body was still present, his vitality seemingly robust, but his soul had withered away. Devoid of his soul, the life force that once thrived within Olliergues's body naturally transferred to Brie.

With a swift whoosh, Brie, having just gained a measure of freedom, soared towards the starry expanse beyond the vast expanse. The Evil Gods and the mightiest of the Protoss watched Brie's departure, yet none took action.

As Brie and the body of Olliergues emerged beyond the vast expanse, he urgently called out, "Yu Yuan!"

"Enter."

Yu Yuan received them with the Dragon Slash Platform, ushering both Brie and Olliergues's body into an inner realm. In the void beyond, Yu Yuan's profound gaze fixed upon the Evil Gods. From the depths of his brow, the Soul Altar's third eye unleashed streaks of green light.

The Soul Blades, designed to obliterate the souls of the Evil Gods, pierced through the atmosphere of the vast expanse, targeting the terrified deities with the intent to eradicate any who lacked reverence.

"Heh!" A handful of Evil Gods, like Grimes, reveled in the chaos with a malicious grin.

"Master, enough," the gaunt guardian, taking the form of an old man, called out with a shake of his head. The Evil God Temple, quaking so violently it sent tremors through the vast expanse, radiated a green-black glow.

This glow, reminiscent of the Heaven Sealing Soul Transformation Formation found in the Fallen Moon Forbidden Area, appeared to merge with it. In a whoosh, concentric waves of green-black light cascaded from the temple's dome, rippling outward to shroud the frantic Evil Gods.

Puff! Puff! Puff!

The emerald light blades emanating from Yu Yuan's brow clashed with the radiance of the temple, sparking millions of dazzling flares that showered the Boundless Great World in a spectacular meteoric display.

These brilliant flares scattered far and wide, carving massive craters into the landscapes of the Silvermoon Empire, the Great Swamp, and the Desolate Swamp. Under their intense glow, enormous plants bearing the distinct marks of the abyss were reduced to ash.

This minor clash alone transformed a portion of the Boundless Great World into a desolate wasteland.

"Why must you do this? This is his world, as well as your domain," the guardian pleaded with Yu Yuan, who had manifested his divine form high above. "You could have joined forces in battle. His strength would bolster all beings born of the abyss. Master, you really shouldn't persist in opposing him."

"Rather than trying to convince me, perhaps you should try persuading him," Yu Yuan retorted.

On his forehead, the third eye unveiled a complete seven-tiered Soul Altar atop the colossal divine form. The Soul Altar radiated a mesmerizing array of colors: deep green, blood-red, glacial blue, dark green, and silver-white.

The essences of soul, life, thunder, light, and ice—some of the most profound mysteries of the universe—threw the Gray Domain's magnetic field into chaos and rewrote its fundamental laws.

Innumerable beams of light burst forth from the Soul Altar on his brow, rapidly spreading across the Gray Domain.

"Ugh!"

Zhongli, astride his dragon, fixated on the Soul Altar between Yu Yuan's eyes as a potent surge of blood energy converged in his heart. The overwhelming power awakened a fresh sentience within his internalized Yang God.

This newfound sentience caused excruciating pain in Zhongli's mind, forcing him to clutch his head and wail.

Yu Yuan's gaze settled upon him, observing a viridian river of blood deep within Zhongli's psyche. It was a reservoir of knowledge about the blood mysteries of the Yang God's source, teeming with Life Seeds linked to alien beasts.

This viridian blood river represented Zhongli's divine stature, a godly path uniquely tailored to him by Yu Yuan, reflecting his intrinsic qualities.

The life force and bloodline governed by the Yang God's source were derived from his own divine form. He retained the deeper aspects of the origin blood, bestowing only a fraction upon Zhongli.

Even this mere fraction enabled Zhongli to ascend to divinity, creating a dark green river of blood within his sea of consciousness.

This river in Zhongli's mind was abruptly assaulted by a different spiritual force from his heart, purifying the dark green blood and slowly turning it bright red.

"Yu Yuan, help me, free me from his grasp!"

Zhongli screamed, lunging toward Yu Yuan atop his dragon.

In that instant, the towering figure of Tan Junshan and the guardians of the Holy Hall cast peculiar glances at the soaring Zhongli.

The dragon beneath Zhongli suddenly felt his burden lighten.

Whoosh! Whoosh! Whoosh!

Zhongli's formidable frame bled profusely, the black river in his sea of consciousness boiling over, vaporizing his soul.

A burst of soul light detonated like thunder within Zhongli's mind, obliterating his lifetime of memories in an instant.

As he ascended, his blood, flesh, and organs began to separate from him.

By the time he broke through the vast expanse of the atmosphere, all that remained of Zhongli was a blood-streaked skeletal frame, his skull now a crimson cranium, utterly hollow.

Whoosh!

A mass of black essence, carrying his flesh, plummeted toward the Ancient Desolate Sect.

Zhongli, recently anointed as a deity, was robbed of his divine status and life in a fleeting moment of lucidity.

To awaken was to embrace death.

He resided at the core of the Boundless Great World, yet all the highest beings of the Protoss, Evil Gods, and Great Demon Gods served as his eyes and limbs within the Gray Domain.

Through Zhongli's demise, he issued a stark warning to the Evil Gods who clung to their own spiritual essence: he might lack a suitable vessel, but his presence was eternal and omnipresent.
