C2211 Let's Talk about It!

With a resounding crack, a portion of Yuan Le's colossal skeleton snapped off in the deep purple sea. This initiated a domino effect; the King of the Monsters, who had reigned over the Wasteland for years, now lay in the ocean depths, his remains stretching out like a mountain range of white bones, shattering piece by piece. These fragmented bones, called forth by the Beast God Temple, vanished into its welcoming portals.

Yuan Le, born and perishing in the Wasteland, found his final resting place in the very Beast God Temple he was commissioned to construct. His bones, once belonging to the King of the Monsters, would now further augment the temple's formidable power. The Beast Gods stood in silence, their faces tinged with melancholy, seemingly unprepared for Yuan Le's tragic fate.

A colossal wave surged within the demon energy-infused depths, revealing the Celestial Pillar of Life. This artifact, crafted by Yuan Le over eons from a collection of rare treasures and the lifeblood of countless beasts, now emerged amidst the tumultuous sea.

Zhiya descended gracefully onto the summit of the Celestial Pillar of Life, her human form seemingly dwarfing the creatures of the Wasteland beneath her. Witnessing this, the Beast Gods bowed their heads in a subtle gesture of reverence. With Yuan Le's demise, none could overshadow Zhiya's splendor.

The Celestial Pillar of Life, towering ten thousand feet high, stood like a colossal mountain piercing the heavens. Devoid of surrounding stars or boulders, the dark red pillar bore the totem of a thousand beasts, radiating an air of supreme authority and solemnity. The once fiercely competitive beasts within the pillar now seemed utterly tame.

Beneath Zhiya's feet, the Celestial Pillar of Life served as her new throne. Her piercing gaze fixed on the distant Peak of Creation, and as she did so, the wave that had risen alongside the pillar surged towards it. The movement of the wave set the entire vast purple sea in motion, including the two divine halls above it.

The boundless power churned within the deep purple demon energy sea, causing Mother Earth, perched atop the Peak of Creation, to furrow her brow with increasing concern. Something lurking in the depths of the vast sea had consumed Yuan Le's true form, and Mother Earth regarded it with trepidation.

Indeed, it was quite the predicament.

She muttered a curse under her breath, manipulating the divine earth power that permeated the Peak of Creation with ease. This power could be subtle or overwhelming, present or absent, as she willed it.

The Peak of Creation was poised to shift millions of miles across the sky.

The star meteorite, once dominated by the Beast God, was drawn towards the Peak of Creation in response to its divine force.

The Peak of Creation halted its colossal movement.

The meteorite, forever attuned to both the Peak and Mother Earth, hung motionless amidst the Star River.

"Hmm?"

Mother Earth narrowed her eyes and immediately discerned numerous secret cosmic rules that only beings of her stature could perceive, weaving between the Peak of Creation and the purple depths.

Invisible laws, blood-red and deep purple, crackled like dark lightning through the void, their chaotic force fields distorting fate itself.

Space, time, and distance were thrown into disarray under the influence of these hidden rules.

Laws, once invisible to the naked eye, transformed into purple feathers under her gaze.

The feathers hung suspended in the void, as if they were steel nails and spears anchoring the fabric of this realm and pinning the heavens in place.

In this suddenly stilled cosmos, only the purple sea where Zhiya resided remained in motion.

"Let's see what you're up to."

Mother Earth's displeasure was palpable. She interlaced her fingers before her forehead, her palms facing each other.

Within her grasp, the intricate patterns of the world's most profound cosmic order intertwined, connecting to the core principles of the cosmos.

Boom!

The entire Astral Domain shook violently as stars and shattered meteorites trembled under her formidable power.

The neighboring realms of the Astral Domain quaked, bearing the brunt of her influence, unsettling the void that had been immobilized by the Dark Phoenix.

The vast cosmic energy stirred once more. In the far reaches of the void, mushroom clouds erupted, and the frozen sea of stars was liberated, its seals broken by Mother Earth's might.

"Is all this commotion really necessary just for a conversation?"

Zhiya, her demeanor icy, ascended from the towering Celestial Pillar of Life, transforming into a streak of purple lightning that instantly spanned a thousand miles of starry space.

She arrived alone.

Hovering ten meters above the Wellspring of Creation at the summit of the Peak of Creation, she remained suspended, neither descending further nor ascending into the heavens.

It seemed she, too, harbored a wary respect for Mother Earth, fearing that setting foot on the Peak of Creation might provoke a thunderous retribution.

Mother Earth, having ascended to the status of a high-level Primal Anima, had gleaned the secrets of another entity of her caliber within the Abyss of Truth from the Wellspring of Creation. She had even assimilated with a junior of her kind in the Wasteland.

All her lost memories had been retrieved, and she had refined the Peak of Creation, acquiring an extraordinary new body in the process.

She had no need to inhabit a flesh and blood vessel. With her remarkable body, she could manifest her full power, and she was within her own domain.

"What could we possibly have to discuss?"

Mother Earth's expression was cool as she spoke dismissively, "Your power, your body—if you dare set foot on the Peak of Creation, don't expect any courtesy from me."

She paused before adding, "You're too late. The Primal Blood within the mountain has already been sanctified by Yu Yuan's Solar Spirit. I can no longer sense any spiritual consciousness in the Primal Blood. Your arrival is futile."

"Do you really think I came for the Primal Blood?"

Zhiya was taken aback.

"If not for the Primal Blood, could it be for Yu Yuan?"

Mother Earth's eyebrows lifted, her tone remaining soothing and mellow, yet her words were anything but cordial.

"His real body resides in the Wasteland, fortified by eight Soul Altars. Do you truly believe you can contend with him? Yuan Le would have perished, fallen in that purple deep sea you crafted, had he not been gravely wounded by Yu Yuan first."

Having once been slain by the Lord of the Abyss, she harbored a profound dread of Yu Yuan.

Regardless of Zhiya's apparent might, or the enigmatic strength of the two temples, she considered herself no match for Yu Yuan.

"I'm not here for him either."

Zhiya shook her head, her gaze settling on the Wellspring of Creation. It was as if her eyes pierced through the eleven layers of the barrier, focusing on the now tranquil, multicolored mass of flesh.

"Tsk, tsk."

Mother Earth scoffed, "Am I mistaken, or are you coveting that lump of flesh? Are you aware of the terrifying power and mysteries contained within those eleven layers of the seal?"

After a moment's contemplation, Zhiya abruptly called out, "Sanha!"

The white boa, Sanha, resurrected by the Beast God Temple, trembled slightly, looking towards her in despair and pleaded, "Please, no..."

"You possess lifeblood within the Beast God Temple. Even in death, I can resurrect you," Zhiya stated icily.

After uttering those words, the white boa god Sanha obediently closed her eyes and took flight from the Beast God Temple, heading towards the Peak of Creation and the Wellspring of Creation.

Mother Earth regarded the doomed white boa god with the detached gaze one reserves for the lifeless, making no move to intervene.

Ultimately, the white boa god breezed through the eleventh layer of the seal and, under the watchful eyes of Zhiya and him, entered the vicinity of the bizarre flesh.

Innumerable tentacles, fierce as anaconda dragons, lashed out, piercing the white boa god's form.

Without even a moment's struggle, the white boa god vanished in the blink of an eye.

The tentacles, emerging reluctantly from the mass of flesh, symbolically battered against the realm's wall a few times before withdrawing upon realizing its increased fortitude.

"The power of blood and flesh might have the potential to breach the wall's confines and penetrate its core."

"But that would be a death sentence."

Mother Earth scoffed coldly, "The two additional layers of the seal are fortified with the thunder and ice of the Primal Anima from Yu Yuan's Soul Altar. The profound mysteries of blood do not solidify into a wall because all the vital energy of blood is devoured by that grotesque and terrifying mass of flesh."

She glanced at Zhiya with a mocking curl of her lip, "If you're here for that mass of flesh and wish to attempt contact, rest assured, I won't stand in your way."

With a whoosh, the Wellspring of Creation, unaffected by the gravitational pull, began to drift slowly towards Zhiya, "I'll even honor your request. When you venture inside, I won't lay a finger on your Beast Gods."

She was eager for Zhiya to try, to step into the fray.

The Uxthar Tree had been reduced to ashes, and she had nearly been drained of her earth's essence. To her, the mass of flesh suppressed by the eleven layers of the wall was the root of all evil.

Should Zhiya dare to enter, she would be seeking her own demise, with no chance of survival.

In Mother Earth's view, only Yu Yuan, who had refined the Primal Blood of this realm and combined the Secrets of Life from both the Origin Realm and the Wasteland, stood a slim chance of triumph.

"Then pay close attention."

Zhiya gracefully soared toward the Wellspring of Creation and in a blink, she descended upon the first layer of the sealing barrier.
