C2286 The Battle of the Supreme Beings

Whoosh! Whoosh! Whoosh!

Beneath Zhiya, a sea of purple demon energy churned with a chaotic and restless aura, spreading toward the Primal Blood Continent.

A deep purple light barrier had replaced the original blood-red canopy, threatening to shroud the entire Primal Blood Continent.

The most powerful member of the Boulderdawn sect felt an overwhelming sense of oppression. The Abyssal Leviathan, which despised Zhiya above all, detected an unfamiliar scent of blood emanating from the dark purple light.

This alien blood scent sent the giant beast's heart of the Abyssal Leviathan into a frenzy, triggering an instinctive fear.

"We need to leave now!"

The humanoid Abyssal Leviathan quickly located Starpierced and urged, "She's on the brink of madness. We mustn't provoke her!"

Whoosh!

A brilliant streak of starlight escaped from under the dark purple curtain before it could engulf the Primal Blood Continent.

The starlight darted through the outer void, heading straight for the region inhabited by the Starborn elites. It sought to join forces with the Starborn, hoping to weather the storm together.

Under normal circumstances, Starpierced would never align itself with the Starborn it once loathed.

"You should make yourselves scarce as well."

Zhiya paid them no heed, allowing the Abyssal Leviathan and Starpierced to depart. She gently stirred the void behind her with her pale, delicate hand.

With her gesture, meteors and stars outside the Primal Blood Continent began to rumble ominously.

Crackle! Hiss!

The area she influenced came alive with thunder and wind, resembling a celestial cavern threatening to swallow the heavens as it voraciously absorbed the surrounding cosmic energy.

She had mastered the ability to harness cosmic energy, using the Dragon Slaying Stage and All Spirits Ban to devour its power.

She converted the cosmic energy into purple demon energy, using the inherent strength of the Frostlands to infiltrate and spread across the Primal Blood Continent.

Taixu and the others were visibly shaken, at a loss for what to do.

Zhiya didn't afford them much time to ponder their next move. As she transformed the demon energy through the enigmatic "heavenly grotto," she gracefully appeared in the skies above the Primal Blood Continent.

Her icy gaze settled on a narrow, elongated fissure in the earth below, her lips curling into a mocking sneer.

"Come out."

Her voice, tinged with impatience, echoed down towards the fissure in the earth.

Boom! The Primal Blood Continent shook violently. From deep within the blood-red land, a resonant dragon's roar erupted.

Brilliant violet gold divine light burst forth from every crevice, like sharp mountain peaks of violet gold wielded by a supreme deity, piercing the purple veil shrouding the Crimson Star.

Puff! Boom! The sea of deep purple demon energy was relentlessly bombarded by the violet gold divine light. Blood-red lightning and orbs of light detonated in unison with the myriad bloodline rules.

A giant dragon, tens of thousands of meters in length and sheathed in violet gold, materialized on the Primal Blood Continent.

He let out a thunderous roar, his voice carrying the power to obliterate all life, his presence daunting to every flesh-and-blood warrior.

"Titan Spinosaurus!"

"A fully realized Titan Spinosaurus!"

The Abyssal Leviathan, Starpierced, and the Titan Turtle, upon hearing the dragon's roar that penetrated the purple demon energy sea, sensed the supreme Titan Spinosaurus awakening from eons of slumber.

"The little spinosaurus has finally matured, ready to stand on its own."

The Abyssal Leviathan quickly grasped the situation.

It knew that deep underground, the little spinosaurus had been endowed with the complete Secrets of Life by the Primal Blood, infused with rich life essence, and had successfully ascended to the stature of an eleventh-level supreme being!

"Dark Phoenix!"

The roar of the little spinosaurus thundered through the purple demon energy sea.

A tumultuous bloody mist rose from the surface of the Primal Blood Continent, drawn by the tens of thousands of meters long little spinosaurus, moving towards the purple sea conjured by the Dark Phoenix.

As an eleventh-level supreme being, the little spinosaurus, too, had ascended through the Secrets of Life bestowed by the Primal Blood. In its attack on Zhiya, it truly demonstrated the might of a peer supreme being.

Crack! Another figure emerged from the crevice that had captured Zhiya's gaze.

Ji Ningshuang, wielding the Stardust Blade, stood atop a slab of ice, her gaze icy as she regarded the unwelcome visitor, Zhiya.

She had ascended to supreme status as well!

The little spinosaurus and Ji Ningshuang did not venture into the Wasteland. In Yu Yuan's absence, they took up the mantle of guardians for this realm.

"She's advanced so quickly!"

Taixu, Xuanli, and Tianqi couldn't contain their excitement when they witnessed the little spinosaurus's thunderous emergence and Ji Ningshuang taking her stand with sword in hand.

These two supreme beings were now on the Primal Blood Continent, clearly holding a strategic advantage.

Facing off against the Dark Phoenix, the two of them seemed to give Taixu and the others high hopes for victory, significantly easing their earlier concerns.

Moreover, the consciousnesses of Extreme Coldness and Primal Blood could infuse themselves into the supreme bodies of the little spinosaurus and Ji Ningshuang, directly engaging in the conflict.

Boom!

The icy peaks of the Primal Blood Continent shattered, sending a cascade of luminous icicles transforming into a piercing River of Swords aimed at the yet unseen menace within the violet sea.

Zhiya let out a contemptuous snort as a River of Swords within the violet sea burst into a blizzard of ice shards.

Ji Ningshuang's brow furrowed slightly.

...

"It appears Yu Yuan left with preparations in place."

On a far-off star, Denise, of the tenth-level bloodline, saw the little spinosaurus burst forth from the earth and Ji Ningshuang make her presence known, allowing herself a moment of relief before speaking to the Abyssal Leviathan, "They should be able to hold it off, right?"

The Abyssal Leviathan shook its head, "There's an entity of extreme terror in the purple sea!"

This was also true in the Frostlands.

Yu Yuan had previously traversed the endless darkness of the crystalline wall multiple times. A solitary figure, Lin Daoke, sat on a meteorite of modest size.

Inside the Dragon Slaying Stage, he had amassed sufficient divine force to reforge the Solar Spirit Sword.

He had planned to journey through the Frostlands to explore the Darkland once more, but Zhiya's sudden incursion and her intent to refine the Primal Blood caught him off guard.

Taixu, Xuanli, Tianqi, and the other God-Kings were mere acquaintances, yet in his heart, Ji Ningshuang would forever be part of the Sword Sect.

Ji Ningshuang made her move against Zhiya's purple sea, and the meteorite beneath her roared into action. As it soared, it left behind a River of Swords more spectacular than any seen in the Glimmerdrift Nebula, swiftly forming and heading straight for the Primal Blood Continent.

This radiant River of Swords captured the attention of every powerhouse in the Frostlands, even causing Zhiya to slightly furrow her brow. It appeared that Lin Daoke, who had chosen to join the fray at this moment, was the true threat to her, not the little spinosaurus or Ji Ningshuang.

...

On the outskirts of Straikepera, a silent mountain of ice stood, its surface as smooth as a mirror, marking the gateway to the Frostlands. Currently, it was being submerged by a surge of purple demon energy, which also shrouded the nearby expanse of the Star River.

The demon energy continued to spread, gradually swallowing the edge of the Straikepera and the borders of adjacent star domains.

Whoosh!

Suddenly, a gaunt figure in a black and yellow robe materialized at the edge of Straikepera. He gazed at the glacier consumed by the purple demon energy, his face betraying astonishment. He whispered to himself, "That madwoman has actually found her way here. How peculiar, indeed."

"The Dark Phoenix has come to this place!"

Trailing behind him was "Skyshear" Xue Jiu, a Grand Sword Immortal in the late period of the Unbound state, just one step away from reaching the pinnacle of his cultivation.

Xue Jiu, following Han Miaoyuan, observed the demon energy-flooded glacier and announced, "Our sect's master is within!"

The sword-shaped pendant hanging from his neck vibrated with a resonant hum.

Han Miaoyuan stroked his goatee, his eyes narrowing as he pondered for a moment before saying, "If the Dark Phoenix has indeed located the Frostlands, we should hold our position here on the outside; there's no need to hasten our entry."

He had brought Xue Jiu to this place because he was aware that Lin Daoke of the Sword Sect was present in the Frostlands.

Han Miaoyuan's insight into Lin Daoke exceeded that of anyone else. Lin Daoke had always held him in high regard until his death. Only after Han Miaoyuan's demise did Lin Daoke gradually draw closer to Yu Yuan and Boulderdawn, eventually being convinced by Yu Yuan to set foot on the path of rebellion against the Primal Soul.

Han Miaoyuan had come with a specific purpose in mind: to leverage his insight into Lin Daoke's character and persuade him with his silver tongue.

The sword-shaped pendant around Xue Jiu's neck held the potential for him to communicate with Lin Daoke even from outside the Frostlands.

"I fear the sect master and the Dark Phoenix might engage in a fight to the death," Xue Jiu said, his face etched with bitterness. "The sect master has always harbored a dislike for the Dark Phoenix. It was only your influence that prevented a deadly confrontation between them in the past."

Han Miaoyuan's brow creased slightly as he responded, "The Frostlands are rife with complexities. Hand over the pendant, and I'll have a word with Lin."

With a nod, Xue Jiu unclasped the pendant from his neck and tossed it to him.
