C2320 Poison Source

"I will not go," Chen Qinghuang declared, her brow furrowed. Her complexion was ashen from her severe injuries.

She stood atop the vast expanse of flesh and blood, yet she maintained a distance from everyone else, appearing conspicuously out of place.

Chen Qinghuang seemed to exist in isolation, as if there was a chasm between her and the rest of the world. She harbored no affection for either the Origin Realm or the Desolate Realm.

Yu Yuan might have been the only person in the world whom she truly cared about.

Thus, when Yu Yuan's gaze met hers, she hesitated briefly before swiftly retrieving an object from within her garment and tossing it to Yu Yuan's true form, which lay beyond the shadows. "Do not touch it with your flesh and blood," she cautioned in a whisper.

Yu Yuan was taken aback.

In a hushed tone, she added, "It's something from Kuna's earlobe."

With a flash of insight, Yu Yuan used the Dragon Slash Platform at his feet to envelop the object in a shroud of dark green smoke.

Whoosh!

In an instant, the mysterious object settled within the Dragon Slash Platform.

A delicate jade gourd materialized within the inner world of the platform, casting a captivating, soft glow. It radiated a deadly aura, potent enough to corrupt flesh and blood.

Within the tiny gourd, two teardrop-like droplets contained a sentient spirit.

"I am the origin of this poison, crafted by the rebel Kuna. Who might you be?" inquired the spirit within the jade gourd, examining Yu Yuan with a thought that felt like the gaze of a small eye.

"The source of poison?" Yu Yuan grasped the situation immediately. Chen Qinghuang had fulfilled her promise, sharing with him a replication of the deadly secret she had captured for his own enlightenment.

By choosing to relinquish the treasure Kuna had concealed within her earlobe at this juncture, it was clear that Chen Qinghuang had no intention of traveling to the Phoenix Starfield.

Yu Yuan, intent on rescuing Yu Zhu and liberating the White Divine Tiger along with other alien beasts, realized he must rely on his own abilities to unravel the mysteries of the poison.

Whoosh!

Chen Qinghuang soared into the sky, and behind her human form, a murky secret realm emerged abruptly. It was as though she had crafted her own secluded universe.

This realm was rife with death, destruction, and the principles of poison—a realm both perilous and enigmatic.

She gave a gentle nod to Yu Yuan's Yang God and then, without a trace, drifted away through another unfolding rift.

She had sustained severe injuries and required time to heal. The Darkness Starfield, lying nearest to the foreign lands, was rife with too many horrifying entities. She was unwilling to linger there any longer than necessary.

Yu Yuan, in his true form within the outer star river, watched her departure and remained covertly vigilant.

As the possessor of Extreme Intelligence, the Darkness Origin Spirit, the Mother Earth of Creation Peak, and the young girl from the Light Star, Yu Yuan's permissive stance meant that no one dared obstruct Chen Qinghuang's departure.

Simultaneously, Yu Yuan engaged in a conversation with the remnant consciousness of the Poison Origin Spirit through the Dragon Slash Platform, inquiring, "Are you dead or alive?"

"I don't know," came the uncertain response from one of the tear drops.

Yu Yuan narrowed his eyes, scrutinizing the tears closely. He identified one tear as the consciousness of the Poison Origin Spirit, while the other encapsulated the source of the poison and its intricate laws, all related to the poison's secrets.

An Origin Soul was comprised of three major components: spiritual consciousness, supreme laws, and attribute energy.

Within the confines of the small jade gourd lay the spiritual consciousness and laws of the poison. However, the spiritual consciousness was minuscule, clearly very incomplete.

"I am missing a part of myself, located in the pair of hooked legs on the body of the rebel and another earlobe," the Origin Soul pondered, providing a fragmented response.

This emotionless Origin Soul informed Yu Yuan that the Snail God's hooked legs contained the essence of its poison, a concentration of its formidable energy. More of its spiritual consciousness resided within another earlobe.

It had been divided and now resided in different parts of Kuna's body.

When Kuna was gravely wounded, Chen Qinghuang severed her hooked legs and tore off two earlobes, effectively capturing the most refined aspects of the Origin Soul. As a result, she had the potential to resurrect the Origin Soul.

"Alright, thank you for your response. Now, let's discuss the poison secrets you excel in," Yu Yuan proposed, his presence concealed within the Dragon Slash Platform out of respect for the Origin Soul. He leaned closer to the jade gourd and asked, "Can you enable me to grasp your poison laws as swiftly as possible?"

After a brief silence, the Origin Soul suddenly declared, "I wish to survive."

"I can only say I'll do my best," Yu Yuan stated calmly.

Outside, following the departure of the rainbow-colored divine light, the shattered bones of the Skeleton Giants, drawn by his power, flew towards the immense green-black pupil. All the bones that had been used to construct the Evil God Temple began a new cycle of refinement within the dazzling Myriad Spirit Restriction.

Deep within the Myriad Spirit Restriction, a colossal furnace of flames formed, devouring the myriad of bone fragments to recast them, erasing all traces of the deathly power left by Kurkova.

"I will find the Space God and the Death God."

Having taken possession of the Supreme Wisdom God, he hovered above the pupil, observing the Darkness World as it fractured and opened numerous rifts and portals with the arrival of Creation Peak and the emergence of powerful beings. "I will resolve their presence," he declared.

With a swift motion, he departed through a newly formed rift, embarking on a search for the two elusive foreign deities within the Desolate Realm.

Yu Yuan was acutely aware of the Soul Arts he had covertly spread across the Starfields of the Desolate Realm, as they conveyed his spiritual consciousness back to him.

"I'll also take a look," offered the young girl from the Light Star, her eyes sparkling with a divine brilliance too intense to meet directly.

The stars of the Desolate Realm, along with the sun and moon, suddenly found themselves in a mysterious communion. In the vast expanse of the Starfield, innumerable stars and fiery suns, along with the cool crescent moons, instantly became his eyes, aiding him in his search for the missing foreign gods across the entire Desolate Realm.

Having unlocked the arcane secrets of the celestial bodies, he integrated them into his Light Origin Spirit, which, thanks to Yu Yuan, became second only to the Origin Soul.

Yuan Lianyao, who had ascended with the power of flames, and Barol, who had advanced with the power of the stars, gazed at him with curiosity as he wielded his power to commune with the celestial bodies.

His strength was palpable to both Yuan Lianyao and Barol.

Brilliant starlight intensified at the torn rifts, with distant suns and moons shining brighter because of him, converging their dazzling light upon him.

In the regions shrouded by darkness, the light grew increasingly abundant under his influence.

Within the depths of the green-black pupil, the seductive form of the Darkness Origin Spirit hesitated for a long time before finally addressing the Origin Soul, "I wish to reclaim my divine power."

With a rush of wind, the infinite dark energies swiftly converged towards the green-black pupil, vanishing without a trace through the Myriad Spirit Restriction.

"Alright."

A wisp of the Origin Soul materialized and gave a slight nod to the Darkness Origin Spirit, encouragingly saying, "Don't lose heart. The deities from the foreign lands will bring you to the brink of a new breakthrough."

"Yes."

The Darkness Origin Spirit murmured in response.

Crack! Crack!

The shattered bones comprising the temple were cleansed, reforged, and once again imprinted with the might of the Origin Soul.

Some of the Evil God's fragmented bones were also transported to the summit of the true Abyss and integrated into the two Myriad Spirit Restrictions within the Creation Continent.

At this moment, all three Myriad Spirit Restrictions were under the dominion of his power, simultaneously refining the Evil God's broken bones.

Before long, he would craft a new demonic form from these remnants.

The departure of a supremely wise individual would not hinder him; he would possess a new vessel, maintaining his grip on the unfolding events.

"Forget, forget, forget!"

An eerie incantation echoed from the springs leading to the Muddy Domain and the Thunder Domain, suggesting another deity from a different realm was on the verge of crossing over, following the Space God and the Death God.

The mantra of "Forget" spread across the brightening starry sky as the darkness receded.

Those who heard this voice found their memories faltering, as if an eraser had scrubbed away segments of their past buried deep within their souls.

Yu Yuan's brow furrowed as he instantly recognized the work of the one who had wiped clean the memories of Galuba and Kuna.

The recollections of the two foreign gods, Galuba and Kuna, concerning the thirty-six worlds of the foreign lands, had been dissolved by some enigmatic presence from afar.

This, in turn, thwarted the old demon's efforts to decipher the structure of that world through their spirits.

Now, this enigmatic deity of the foreign lands was targeting the realm's sentient beings with his chants of "Forget."

"It's the Oblivion God!"

Inside the world of the Dragon Slash Platform, the source of deadly poison within the Emerald Gourd also tuned into the persistent "Forget" reverberations, exclaiming in alarm, "This is a formidable and fearsome deity. He can obliterate memories and consume segments of one's life experiences to augment his own power."

"He is far more formidable than Galuba and Kuna!"

The vestige of the sentient poison, seemingly in awe of the Oblivion God, voluntarily cautioned Yu Yuan to be wary.

"Everyone, be alert. A deity known as the Oblivion God from the foreign lands is on the cusp of crossing over."

Yu Yuan stood atop the Dragon Slash Platform, gazing into the two springs echoing with the voice of the Oblivion God. "He is far more formidable than the two deities who perished. We must approach this with caution."

Whoosh! Whoosh! Whoosh!

No sooner had he spoken than rows of characters began to materialize in the consciousness of both his Yang God and his true self.

These characters were diverse, representing ancient scripts from the Yao Race, expansive Human Race writings, and the mystical symbols of the Outland Devaputra, as well as the ancient texts of the Star Race, Dark Elfkind, and the Bright Clan.

Despite their variety, these characters from numerous intelligent races within the Origin Realm all conveyed a single concept — Oblivion.

Suddenly, the characters that had emerged in the minds of his Yang God and true self transformed into a multitude of green specters.

"I am the Oblivion God. You possess many memories that have been sealed away. To me, your sealed memories hold an immense power! I wish to unveil them before consuming them," the deity declared.

The green specters spoke to Yu Yuan, their voices buzzing incessantly in the minds of his two forms.

"Tsk, tsk, it's quite the challenge to even gather the memories you've concealed! Impressive, truly impressive!"

The green specters that had infiltrated Yu Yuan's sea of consciousness attempted to draw near the Soul Altar within his mind, but they disintegrated into dust before they could get close.

"Ah!" The Oblivion God let out a scream of terror.
