C2355 The Strongest Origin God

The God of Destiny, Stephanie, is an extraordinary being whose stature towers above that of Heesters in the many realms of the Otherworld. Her legend is rich with tales that captivate countless admirers.

Some say she was the first in the Otherworld to be favored by the Primal Anima, ascending to the rank of a supreme entity.

Others claim she pioneered the Art of Refining the Primal Anima, infusing it into her very being, thus becoming a Primal God.

She is credited with leading numerous Primal Gods and Primal Beasts, altering the destinies of all creatures, freeing them from the yoke of the Primal Anima, and elevating their existence beyond mere survival.

Enshrouded in mystery, she is a towering figure of awe.

The surge of power from the spring's depths is none other than the God of Destiny, Stephanie, revitalizing those who had once teetered on the brink of peril.

Feeling her strength surge, Heesters is invigorated, and the three Primal Beasts find newfound resolve.

"You've come as well."

Heesters exhales in relief, then turns to Yu Yuan, "All is well. With her arrival, we should be safe."

Stephanie's rank in the Otherworld surpasses his, as she is the revered leader of both Primal Gods and Primal Beasts, and the matriarch of the Celestial Race.

This enigmatic woman, eternal in her existence, holds a status in the Otherworld akin to that of Bertain in the Origin Realm.

All beings capable of breaking free from the Primal Anima's dominion, including the spirit animal kin akin to the God of Calamity Dickinson, hold the God of Destiny in the highest esteem.

Ancient legends herald the God of Destiny as the first to cast off the Primal Anima's chains and master the art of its refinement, leading the denizens of the Otherworld out of their suffering.

"God of Destiny!"

Yu Yuan watches the spring with eager anticipation, longing to catch a glimpse of the Otherworld's mightiest Primal God.

Boom! The relentless force bursting forth from the spring punches numerous holes in the All Spirits Ban. Even before the God of Destiny makes her entrance, the sheer might of her power threatens to shatter the All Spirits Ban.

Yu Yuan was left shaken to his core.

Heesters, unencumbered by the Spirit of Time or the meddling of the Spirit of Creation, was able to use the Book of Time to pierce through the merged wall of the three All Spirits Ban, creating a passage to the outside of the Domain of Origin.

The God of Time, Heesters, had already astounded Yu Yuan with his power, highlighting the formidable strength of gods from the Otherworld.

Yet Stephanie proved to be even more formidable!

Before her physical form had even arrived, the power bursting forth from the other end of the spring spread, causing the Primal Soul's All Spirits Ban to be riddled with holes.

In both the Origin Realm and the Wasteland, only Heesters and Bertain had the ability to break through the All Spirits Ban.

Moreover, they hadn't broken through the three combined All Spirits Bans.

With a rip, large swathes of dazzling seals fluttered around the spring like a torn, colorful curtain, slowly fading away.

The Primal Soul, lurking in the shadows, saw the dire situation and quickly reabsorbed the torn seals to minimize the damage.

Even the mighty Abyss Primal Soul seemed taken aback by the power of Stephanie, the God of Destiny, fearing that the painstakingly refined All Spirits Ban would be obliterated by the mightiest deity of the Otherworld.

"It's enough!" Heesters, feeling increasingly at ease, turned to Yu Yuan and said, "Let's head to the spring now!"

With the All Spirits Ban no longer in the way, they could use the Domain of Origin's sole spring to travel to the other side of the world.

Anywhere on the other side would be safer than the Domain of Origin.

At this moment, because of the Spirit of Time within him, the resolve of the three great Primal Animas to stay, and the departure of Loong Jie, Yuan Lianyao, and others, the number of remaining experts had dwindled.

The Primal Animas within the three Primal Beasts had fled, and the God of Chaos, Dickinson, was on the verge of being overtaken by the Primal Animas within him.

In light of these events, Yu Yuan suddenly realized there was no longer any need to flee.

"No need to leave; I'm about to enter."

From the depths of the spring, a gentle voice suddenly emerged.

Everyone listened and, like Heesters, instantly grasped its meaning.

As soon as the voice was heard, Heesters became still, no longer pressing the others to leave.

"If she says there's no need to depart, then we shall stay," he declared.

Heesters channeled his divine power, expelling the lingering consciousness of the Spirit of Time from his eyes and directing it into the Book of Time.

Gazing at the opened Book of Time and its particularly vibrant page, Heesters seemed to witness the futile attempts of the Spirit of Time to ensnare Zhong Chichen.

"Truthfully, whether you survive or not no longer affects me," he mused.

The Bone Tribe's chief, Heesters, his eyes tinged with nostalgia, seemed to speak both to the Spirit of Time and to himself: "I have great respect for Bertain. He, like me, harbors a sense of gratitude."

"I was once a mere nobody within the Bone Tribe. Meeting you, receiving your favor, and being granted the profound truths of the temporal order was the highlight of my life."

"I will never forget that day, nor the sacrifices you made for me."

"Without you, there would be no Heesters, no chieftain of the Bone Tribe, no God of Time."

A flicker of sorrow crossed his gaze.

"As such, I permitted you to manipulate me over and over, to possess my body repeatedly. But as the chieftain, I have my duties and obligations. When you sought to harm other strong members of our tribe after possessing me, I could no longer tolerate it. I had to..."

Heesters turned, casting a glance toward the spring's depths, and sighed, "That's when Lady Stephanie approached me, instructing me in the ways of refining Primal Anima, offering her significant aid."

"In the end, it was your coercion that left me no choice but to act against you."

"I am deeply sorry."

With a soft sigh, he added, "Now that you have awakened once more in the Domain of Origin, your reappearance also brings me solace."

This towering figure of white bone had long harbored a deep-seated conflict, for he had refined his mentor, the Spirit of Time, who had elevated him to his exalted status.

The Demon God Bertain had been patiently waiting for the Primal Soul of the Everlands to make the first move, knowing that only then could he counterattack with a clear conscience.

Even after his successful counterstrike, he often found himself reminiscing about the time when he had nothing and unexpectedly encountered the Spirit of Time, receiving its favor.

This time, sensing the awakening of the Spirit of Time, which sought to possess and destroy him, Bertain was compelled to act in self-defense. Yet, deep down, he was willing to let the Spirit of Time continue to exist and would have willingly released it if it were up to him.

Lacking the power to reassemble the Spirit of Time within himself, he was prepared to let the Spirit of Creation in the Domain of Origin handle it, going with the flow of destiny.

"You haven't changed a bit! And it's precisely for that reason that I chose you in the first place. You, along with Bertain, are both fine fellows," the warm voice echoed once more.

Whoosh!

A tall woman with a cascade of golden hair then emerged step by step from the spring. As she appeared, the remnants of the All Spirits Ban vanished even more rapidly.

Dickinson, previously tormented and wailing, was instantly subdued by her presence as she rose from the depths of the spring. The celestial woman, with her alabaster skin and towering stature, wore a peculiar golden mask that shielded the sides of her face, adorned with two exotic flower patterns that exuded sanctity and authority, compelling onlookers to revere her.

The true face of the God of Destiny was partially obscured, and her golden cape was intricately etched with numerous enigmatic patterns. These patterns shimmered with a radiant glow as she moved, seemingly alive with motion.

Yu Yuan narrowed his eyes and discerned that the patterns on her golden cape concealed the profound truths of Primal Anima and the bloodline mysteries from various worlds. It was as if the very essence of rules and bloodline chains had been penetrated and etched onto the surface of her cape.

In her left hand, she held an amethyst wand, from which emanated a vast and mysterious power. It seemed that with a mere gesture, the wand could alter destinies and manipulate the threads of life itself.

Without any overt display of her might, her mere arrival in the Domain of Origin commanded the attention of all present.

Swoosh! Swoosh! Swoosh!

The enigmatic lights and secret laws that had once surrounded the spring vanished without a trace at the moment of her appearance.

In the vast expanse of the void, a peculiar vacuum zone formed thousands of miles around her standing position.

"Lady Stephanie!"

"Lady!"

The Gods of Calamity, including the Malformed Horror, the Wendigo, and Chai En, witnessed her emergence from the spring and paid homage with unparalleled devotion.

Among them, Dickinson, the God of Calamity, was the most earnest and reverent in his worship.

Upon the arrival of Stephanie, the God of Destiny, the calamitous spirit that had been poised to possess him and erase his existence dissipated back into his soul and flesh.

The prior anomalies now seemed like mere figments of Dickinson's imagination, as if nothing had transpired.

Stephanie's presence had the power to quell the Primal Anima within Dickinson, pushing back the spirit eager to reawaken.

This sight caused the three Primal Beasts to beat their chests in frustration, lamenting their misfortune.

They wondered if Stephanie had arrived sooner, could they have retained the Primal Anima that had departed from them?

With a whoosh, the immense, fiery sun that had been drifting toward the spring reversed course at the sight of Stephanie.

The Sun Spirit, clearly intimidated by Stephanie, dared not come closer.

As the sun vanished, the crescent moon's glow faded, and the brilliance of the stars dimmed noticeably.

It seemed they all wished to avoid Stephanie's gaze, reluctant to draw her attention.

On the levitating meteorite, the new Primal Animas of earth, thunder, and light also spurred the meteorite to flee swiftly upon Stephanie's appearance.

The meteorite's path was toward the region where the sun retreated and where the stars had dimmed.

Yu Yuan was astonished as he gazed upon the girl with eight pairs of light wings above the meteorite.

"So many Primal Animas perished because of her!" cried the Light Spirit in explanation.

Mother Earth, the Thunder Spirit, the Light Spirit, the Sun Spirit, and even the moon and stars—all these Primal Animas shunned Stephanie because they sensed the essence of countless fallen kin emanating from her.

Only a being who had slain numerous Spiritweavers could exude such a fearsome aura, compelling the Primal Animas to steer clear.

Stephanie was unfazed. Once she had fully distanced herself from the spring's source, she cast a brief glance at the weighty Book of Time.

Whoosh!

Within the inner world of the Book of Time, the Spirit of Time, which had previously clashed with Zhong Chichen, swiftly fled from the page realm where Zhong Chichen resided to another page.

The Book of Time hovered in silence, yet the Spirit of Time concealed itself within one of the pages, too fearful to show itself or emit any trace of its presence.

It didn't even dare to flee the Book of Time in Stephanie's presence, apprehensive about returning to the Domain of Origin it sensed as its destination.

The Spirit of Time was also terrified of Stephanie, worried that with a mere wave of her wand and a flick of her golden cape, she might decide to execute it on the spot.
