C2357 The Guesses about the Origin Spirit(1)

Whimpering softly, the little Origin Beast was enveloped by a thick, dark purple smoke that clung tightly to its diminutive form. It almost appeared as if it were donning a mystical cape.

The dense smoke billowed, filled with countless flickering sparks and ghostly lightning that swam through the cape-like purple sea, as if at any moment they could coalesce into fierce, living entities.

The purple sea it inhabited would sometimes be drawn into its body and sometimes released, growing ever more enigmatic.

Yu Yuan's eyebrows quirked, his eyes showing a hint of intrigue. He noticed the striking resemblance between the sparks and lightning around the Origin Beast and those adorning Stephanie's cape. Clearly, the little Origin Beast had reaped considerable benefits from Stephanie, hence its affection for her.

"There's no loyalty like that born of benefits received," Yu Yuan muttered under his breath.

Suddenly, Stephanie's golden eyes caught his, as if she had heard his silent rebuke, and she rolled her eyes at him, leaving Yu Yuan momentarily speechless.

"Alright, let's set off," Stephanie commanded, her voice cool. She strode forward, stepping lightly on the forehead of the little Origin Beast. Holding her staff imbued with the power of fate, she led the way from the retreat of the Origin Spirits. Her formidable presence radiated, prompting countless Origin Spirits to stealthily flee her path.

"How odd, who has upset her?" Heesters from the Bone Race scratched his polished, ivory-like skull, watching Stephanie's retreating figure with bewilderment.

Shortly thereafter, the substantial Time Book, akin to a vast tract of suspended land, supported everyone and the Origin Beast as they pursued Stephanie.

The little Origin Beast, now loyal to Stephanie, glanced back frequently at Yu Yuan as it effortlessly glided through the void. The God of Destiny, however, did not look back.

"Traitor!" the God of Wind huffed. "Oh, Great Creator, you are the origin of all Chaos Djinn. This little one, having come from that world, surely knows this. Yet, it has chosen to side with Lady Stephanie."

Worried about a potential misunderstanding, Qiongqi quickly interjected, "I hold Lady Stephanie in high esteem, but let's be clear: our lineage as Chaos Djinn traces back to you!"

Taowu and the Gluttony God Chai En both nodded in agreement.

As they conversed, Dickinson, the God of Chaos in his dark golden giant snake form, gazed at Yu Yuan with an odd look and suddenly blurted out, "I..."

"What?" Qiongqi exclaimed in surprise.

Dickinson, a spirit beast from a foreign realm, had ascended to an Origin Beast after refining the Spirit of Chaos.

In this world, spirit beasts like Dickinson or Chaos Djinns like Qiongqi, upon refining an Origin Beast, were all uniformly referred to as Origin Beasts.

"My bloodline origin seems to be, seems to be..."

Dickinson faltered, staring at Yu Yuan's Yang God form.

The spirit beast's heart within him began to beat erratically, emitting streaks of bloodline divine light.

Yu Yuan felt a sudden connection!

In Yu Yuan's Yang God form, a bloodline mystery was activated, resonating with the life imprint in Dickinson's heart, revealing many similarities and overlaps!

"Disaster Snake."

Images of the Secular Bird's nemesis, the Starry Behemoth that perished in the Gray Domain, surfaced in Yu Yuan's mind. He realized the life imprints of the Disaster Snake and the dark golden serpent known as the God of Disaster shared numerous similarities.

"It seems my bloodline also originates from you."

Dickinson, with a mix of astonishment and fear, finally found the courage to speak, "This is bizarre! Too bizarre! It defies all logic and explanation."

Simultaneously, Stephanie, perched atop the small Origin Beast, suddenly turned and gave Yu Yuan a penetrating look.

A chill ran through Yu Yuan, sensing that this enigmatic God of Destiny held many secrets.

Yet, she chose to remain silent.

...

In the Gray Domain, Yu Yuan's true form was submerged in a pool, with everything below his neck engulfed by the Origin.

Immersed in the Origin, he used his physical form to experience its marvels, discovering numerous intricate Dao laws streaming from the Origin into his body and permeating his ten-story Soul Altar.

As these intricate laws merged with him, he began to perceive bizarre visions, as if peering into an abyssal existence.

Countless eons ago, in what is now a lifeless Abyss, stars began to emerge, orbiting the sun.

Stars orbiting the sun trace a path that embodies a natural Law, revealing the profound truths of the universe. This is not a human creation, but rather a natural law that emerged within a world, evolving on its own.

Meteor showers streak across the heavens, crashing onto barren lands, igniting all in their path and giving rise to many wondrous forms of flame. Amidst the scorched earth, mountains and rocks are shaped by the onslaught of lightning, only to be transformed into gold metal by the relentless fire.

These phenomena—flames, lightning, gold metal, and the very earth itself—are not only real and observable natural wonders but also enact the laws of the Heavenly Dao, tracing a mysterious Law trajectory.

Even before the real Abyss teemed with life, there were stars, suns, lightning, and the elements of gold, wood, water, fire, and earth. Following the appearance of these fundamental building blocks, they conformed to nature and gave rise to a multitude of strange laws.

This represents the Heavenly Dao of a world that has been naturally nurtured over eons.

Swoosh! Swoosh! Swoosh!

Within the pond, the source brims with numerous natural laws. Some overlap with the Soul Altar within Yu Yuan, while others are new to it. When they encounter elements like metal, wood, water, fire, earth, or celestial bodies such as the sun, moon, and stars, they delve into different layers of his Soul Altar, serving as a kind of replenishment.

Moreover, more mysterious laws of the Heavenly Dao are concealed within his very being, merging into his bones and meridians, and etching themselves into his heart.

The dark essence within the pond is steadily diminishing.

The Great Demon God Beilstein observes in silence, watching as Yu Yuan assimilates the source from the pond into his flesh and blood, with some essence even seeping into his Soul Altar.

As the source in the pond ascends from Yu Yuan's neck to his waist, he suddenly opens his eyes and addresses the Old Demon, "The so-called Great Dao Laws can naturally evolve and develop within a world."

The Old Demon nods silently, gesturing for Yu Yuan to share any insights he might have.

Yu Yuan then resumes his explanation.

"The Origin Soul that emerged from the abyss gave rise to the human race, enabling them to venture beyond the Vast Expanse and conquer distant galaxies. It is also through the might of the Vast Expanse's human race that they have collected the natural laws scattered across the starry expanses of the Origin Realm."

Masters of the Vast Expanse gain insight into the natural laws, grasping the subtleties within. As they integrate these intricacies into their souls, they acquire a refined law born from the world itself.

Yu Yuan took a brief pause, gazing down at the pond, observing the Origin as it continued to fade away.
