C934 Third Dragon Slash Platform!

Tianzang, with his blue face and fangs, adorned in shimmering blue scale armor, had transformed from a mere little devil.

This Tianzang existed purely as a soul entity.

Deep within an underground cavern, there was an extraordinary surge of Qi and soul vibrations. It appeared to be the body that Tianzang had claimed and refined from Mingdu, along with the treasured Aura Altar of the Blue Devil Clan.

The little devil, once mingling with vicious souls, now represented only a fraction of Tianzang's soul.

He had emerged, curious to see what Yu Yuan and Yu Yiyi were scheming.

This place was off-limits to outsiders, after all.

Unexpectedly, even such a tiny wisp of soul had caught the attention of Yu Yuan and Yu Yiyi, prompting them to reveal themselves and seek clarity.

"Yuv Qian, the Heavenly Devil," Yu Yiyi called out gently.

Tianzang, now embodying the primeval form of a Heavenly Devil, furrowed his brow, puzzled as he gazed at her.

He sensed that this exquisite girl was none other than the cauldron soul of the Evil Cauldron.

Having joined Yu Yuan in the battles of Horror Land and wielded the Evil Cauldron in the Fallen Moon Forbidden Area to ensnare vicious souls and forge them into Evil Devils, Yu Yiyi ought to recognize that he was no longer a Heavenly Devil.

He was the Ghost King Tianzang, and though he seldom returned to Horror Land, his soul had long since diverged from that of a Heavenly Devil.

Yet Yu Yiyi insisted on addressing him as Yuv Qian, the Heavenly Devil, rather than Ghost King Tianzang. What could her intentions be?

"I recall that we were acquainted in a bygone era..."

Yu Yiyi's face softened with nostalgia, "But that was in a distant past. My transformation into the cauldron soul brought about profound changes in my spirit, resulting in gaps and losses in my subsequent memories."

The memories she had been recovering over the years were those from her time as the cauldron soul.

It was she who had stood by the master of the Evil Cauldron, battling across realms, vanquishing foes from beyond the heavens. And when the great cauldron shattered and the leader of the Evil Sect perished, she too was left severely weakened, retreating into obscurity with just a sliver of her essence.

The memories that had not been assimilated by my cauldron soul remained lost.

It wasn't until she returned with Yu Yuan recently that things began to change. Yu Yuan had instructed her to gather suitable vicious souls, drawing them into the great cauldron to be refined into Evil Devils. As the number of Evil Devils grew, along with their power, she found many places strangely familiar...

Gradually, she began to recall events from before she became the cauldron soul.

In the depths of her memory, the Ghost King, Yuv Qian, was etched far more deeply than Tianzang!

"Do you know me?" Tianzang asked in astonishment. "I've been the Ghost King in Horror Land for five thousand years. Before that, I was imprisoned in the Fallen Moon Forbidden Area. How could you possibly recognize me?"

"In this Forbidden Area, Yuv Qian ranks third among all the malicious souls and devils," Yu Yiyi spoke softly.

Tianzang smiled, nodding for her to go on.

The one in the bronze coffin was perpetually first.

Upon his release, he took with him the Green Incubus, the Sky Shocking Emperor, and the White Ghost, while also covertly lifting the seals, allowing more vicious souls and devils to break free from the Fallen Moon Forbidden Area.

Some of the top ten devils of the forbidden area had escaped long ago, while others had been utterly obliterated.

As time went on, knowledge of the rankings of the evil spirits and devils of the Fallen Moon Forbidden Area dwindled, with even many of the formidable beings from the three great upper sects, the Devil Palace and the Demon Palace, remaining unaware.

Yu Yiyi laid out his history and standing all at once, catching him off guard.

"Yuv Qian!"

"Of the Blue Devil Clan, Yuv Qian!"

Just then, the three Demon Gods from the deepest reaches of the forbidden area seemed to detect something. They stirred the demonic clouds and swiftly converged upon this place.

These three Demon Gods, who had always concealed their true forms, now emerged one by one from the thick demonic mists.

One, a Demon God with the visage of a Nine-Headed Hydra, bore a crown upon each head, his eyes emanating a chilling and ferocious gleam.

Ribbons of dazzling starlight wrapped around each of the hydra's necks, shimmering brilliantly.

Another was a Demon God assembled from pieces of colorful armor, towering like a mountain, with a golden halberd in hand. His eyes gleamed with a frenzied brilliance.

The third, a tall and stunning Demon God, had the grace of a fairy, her feet resting upon a stack of ornate, hefty tomes.

Each of the three Demon Gods had cultivated their own distinctive Demon Bodies, complete with remarkable abilities. Stirred by Yuv Qian's presence and having heard Yu Yiyi's words, they arrived in unison.

"Internal Demon Clan's Mitts, at your service, Lord Yuv Qian."

The Demon God, shrouded in swirling demonic Qi, approached Yuv Qian as the ancient books beneath their feet burst into light, like innumerable black suns.

"Adler of the Elemental Devil Clan, I've long admired you, Lord Yuv Qian!" boomed the mountainous Demon God.

"It is a great honor to meet Lord Yuv Qian today," proclaimed Sidla of the Shadow Devil Clan, as the eyes of the nine-headed serpent Demon God suddenly blazed with light.

The Devaputra Race was vast, each clan and sect possessing unique traditions, leaders, and champions.

These three formidable figures from different clans of the Devaputra Race were all Ninth Level Demon Gods, the crème de la crème of their kind in this age. Each one knew of Yuv Qian and regarded him with the utmost respect.

"Now, I am known as Ghost King Tianzang, not Yuv Qian."

Tianzang felt a wave of irritation upon seeing the trio approach with deference. He shot Yu Yuan a disgruntled look and, without inquiring into Yu Yiyi's origins, stated, "I have no desire to return. Do not bother me."

"Lord Yuv Qian, many of our kin are trapped in the forbidden lands. We—and they—seek your guidance."

"My lord, we are aware of your wisdom and the legendary might you once wielded! We implore you, in recognition of our shared kinship, to offer us your counsel."

"Please, take a moment for us, sir."

In that moment, the three Demon Gods were earnestly appealing to Tianzang, pinning their hopes upon him. Their sincere pleas and demeanor made Yu Yuan instantly aware that before his confinement, Tianzang must have been a figure of renown within the Devaputra Race.

Otherwise, these three Demon Gods, who were on par with the Unrestrained Stage powerhouses of the human race, wouldn't be so deferential.

"Return to your posts. And don't mention my presence to the Demon General or Demon King," said Tianzang, clearly impatient. "I have other matters to attend to. Should I come across a solution that could change our fortunes, I'll inform you."

"In that case, we won't trouble you further."

"Thank you, my lord!"

"We take our leave."

With Tianzang's words, the three Demon Gods dutifully withdrew.

Yu Yuan and Yu Yiyi exchanged a glance before Yu Yuan gestured toward the pit below. "Could there be a secret hidden beneath? She mentioned her lost memories might be recoverable by delving into its depths."

Yu Yiyi gave a slight nod. "We seek your permission, Lord Yu Qian."

Tianzang looked down at the numerous pits, hesitated for a moment, then said, "Yu Yuan, let her descend, but you must remain here."

Yu Yuan turned to Yu Yiyi, nodded in agreement, and reassured her, "Master, if Lord Yuv Qian says it's alright, then it is."

With those words, Yu Yiyi relinquished her hold on the Evil Cauldron and, in her soul form, gracefully descended into the pit, vanishing in a flash through a crevice.

Yu Yuan's eyes narrowed, his face betraying a hint of concern.

The moment Yu Yiyi slipped into the crevice, their soul connection severed.

He could no longer sense Yu Yiyi's presence or determine her whereabouts.

Yu Yiyi was the Artifact Soul of the Evil Cauldron, and he was its master. Moreover, this was the Fallen Moon Forbidden Area—his domain!

"Don't glare at me like that," Tianzang, the Ghost King, said with a dark look. "What brings you here? You've even risked revealing my whereabouts! I am now the Ghost King of Horror Land, not the Devaputra Yuv Qian! I have no desire to wage war for the Devaputra Race, nor do I wish to be dragged into a life-or-death struggle with the Unrestrained Stage cultivators of the Boundless Land."

"Is she in danger?" Yu Yuan asked gravely.

"How should I know?" Tianzang retorted with a huff. "If she truly hails from the Fallen Moon Forbidden Area and was once imprisoned here like me, she'll likely be safe. But if not, the outcome is uncertain."

"What's inside?" Yu Yuan pressed.

"If she emerges unscathed, she'll fill you in. If not, ask Yan Qiling when he returns," Tianzang, manifesting as a soul spirit, said with a touch of irritation as he rubbed his eyes. "Youling is on the verge of ascending to a Ghost God. I refuse to be under his command, which means I can't go back to Horror Land."

"I was in the midst of refining Mingdu and merging with the Tears of Blue Devil, and you had to disturb my tranquility."

"You, my boy, are nothing but trouble!"
