C5 Go Home

Qin Yi carried Chu Jianyou back to his own rented room and placed Chu Jianyou on the sofa.

When Chu Jianyou's waist touched the sofa cushion, he let out a "hiss" sound. On the way back, Chu Jianyou had been crying uncontrollably until he was sobbing quietly on Qin Yi's back. When Qin Yi sent Chu Jianyou to the sofa, his face was still stiff, but when he saw Chu Jianyou cover his face with his hands the moment he turned around, Qin Yi became even angrier.

"Why are you covering your face?"

"Nothing..." Chu Jianyou opened his fingers, and seeing that Qin Yi's face was still black, he added in a low voice,... "ugly."

The veins on Qin Yi's forehead bulged a few times. He bent down and pried open Chu Jianyou's hand, and saw that Chu Jianyou's face was covered in snot and tears. There were even bruises from the wound, mixed with blood.

It was simply too horrible to look at...

"I told you not to look." Chu Jianyou had just finished crying, and his nasal voice sounded like a spoiled child.

Qin Yi raised his eyebrows.

"Go take a bath."

"Oh."

Chu Jianyou obediently looked for the bathroom, and after a long while, he turned his head and said to Qin Yi: "What about my clothes?"

"You can go take a bath." Qin Yi said indifferently. Without looking at Chu Jianyou, Chu Jianyou went in with some grievance.

After Chu Jianyou entered, Qin Yi sat on the sofa weakly. If he had not waited for Chu Jianyou for a long time today and the patrolling security guards had not come over to chase him away, Qin Yi might not have even noticed that Chu Jianyou had gone to fight, and it was on the only way home. In an instant, Qin Yi understood something. Chu Jianyou was probably helping him fight in this fight.

How could Chu Jianyou be so stupid! He clearly knew that although he didn't fight much, he didn't have the ability to deal with these people. Furthermore, he had grown up in the military courtyard since he was young, so he knew some basic self-defense skills. However, Chu Jianyou couldn't think straight, and wanted him to deal with these people alone. In the end, he ended up being injured so that he could see and feel sorry for him. In the end, Qin Yi could only blame himself for not discovering it earlier.

When Chu Jianyou came out of the shower, Qin Yi was sitting on the sofa. Beside the sofa were a large blue T-shirt and a pair of white underwear.

There was a medicine box on the table.

"Come here." Qin Yi said.

Chu Jianyou was only wrapped in a towel, and there was a vacuum inside. When he walked over, his hand subconsciously wrapped around the towel, and he moved over step by step, looking like a little wife facing her husband.

"What are you hesitating for? Hurry up!"

Sure enough, when Qin Yi frowned, Chu Jianyou quickened his pace.

"Sit down." Qin Yi ordered Chu Jianyou to do one.

Since Chu Jianyou was naked from the waist up, Qin Yi could clearly see the wounds on Chu Jianyou's back. They were all purple and some were even black, and there were some scabby wounds on his waist and abdomen. Now that they were cracked open, the flesh inside could be seen, and they looked like old wounds.

Qin Yi wanted to ask how the injury came about, but in the end, he did not ask. Instead, he silently applied medicine for Chu Jianyou.

"Does it hurt?" Qin Yi saw Chu Jianyou frown deeply and relax his movements.

"It doesn't hurt."

Liar, he was sweating.

With the best medicine, Chu Jianyou's entire body was almost covered in medicine. Qin Yi took a look and said, "Go to the hospital tomorrow."

"No..." Chu Jianyou originally wanted to say that there was no need, but when Qin Yi looked at him, Chu Jianyou tactfully shut his mouth.

"Put on my clothes, I'll go take a bath first. Dinner is on the table, I'll get it myself." With that, Qin Yi left, leaving Chu Jianyou curled his lips behind him.

When Qin Yi came out of the shower, Chu Jianyou was already dressed. He sat on the sofa without moving the food on the table.

"Why aren't you eating?" Qin Yi wiped his hair.

"Waiting for you." Chu Jianyou laughed.

Qin Yi was speechless. He picked up the rice on the table and gave Chu Jianyou a serving.

Chu Jianyou happily took it.

After eating, Qin Yi sat down, called Chu Jianyou, and pointed to the empty space in front of him: "Stand here."

Chu Jianyou obediently stood over with a smile on his face, but when he saw Qin Yi's serious face, he subconsciously stood with his hands behind his back, like a trained primary school student.

"What did you do wrong today?"

"I shouldn't have lied to you." Chu Jianyou said with his eyes wide open.

"There's more!" Qin Yi raised his eyebrows.

"There's more?" Chu Jianyou's face revealed a confused expression, but seeing that Qin Yi's face was about to darken, Chu Jian racked his brains.

What was it?

Chu Jianyou thought back to what happened today. Other than the fact that fighting and lying were big things, there was nothing else that made Qin Yi angry.

Qin Yi's eyes were dark and his face was straight. He did not have the gentle and refined feeling he had at school at all, but Chu Jianyou could see a trace of concern in Qin Yi's eyes, so Chu Jianyou understood and said: "Qin Yi, I know I was wrong. I shouldn't have fought privately today."

Chu Jianyou understood that Qin Yi cared about him, just like how he would be angry because of the fact that a few people wanted to stop Qin Yi, and Qin Yi would naturally be angry because he did not tell him that he was injured in a fight.

Chu Jianyou suddenly remembered when he was young with Qin Yi, Qin Yi was the same. Although he always had a straight face and no expression, when Chu Jianyou did something wrong, Qin Yi would always immediately ask him to tell him where he was wrong, and then the next day, he would teach the people who bullied him a lesson. Chu Jianyou had always thought that since he had met Qin Yi every day after six years, with a smile on his face and himself turning into this kind of hooligan, everyone had changed. When he was young, no matter how many feelings he had, the passing of time should have been enough. It would be a lie if Chu Jianyou said that he was not disappointed, but seeing Qin Yi like this, even though he had a sullen face, Chu Jianyou was happy in his heart.

Qin Yi did not change!

When Chu Jianyou came up with this idea, he suddenly became happy in his heart, and his eyes curved.

"I was wrong, really." Chu Jianyou looked at Qin Yi extremely sincerely, his almond-shaped eyes wide open.

Seeing that Chu Jianyou had a good attitude towards admitting his mistake, Qin Yi snorted and did not bother about it anymore.

"Don't do it again." Qin Yi said.

"Alright." Chu Jianyou laughed.

That night, Chu Jianyou laid on Qin Yi's bed, covered in the smell of medicine. Qin Yi unconsciously frowned, looking a little disgusted.

Chu Jianyou did not mind, and continued to laugh out loud. He pushed Qin Yi and forced his way to the middle of the bed, where a large word occupied most of the space. In the end, Qin Yi could only curl up on the edge of the bed, feeling wronged. Fortunately, the bed he bought was big enough, otherwise he would not be able to sleep.

Qin Yi glanced at Chu Jianyou, signaling him to be quiet and stop messing around. Chu Jianyou opened his mouth, the corner of his mouth curved up, and he kept smiling, looking especially silly with the messy hair on top of Chu Jianyou's head.

Qin Yi looked and laughed, but there was no expression on his face, only the softening of the corners of his face showed that he was in a good mood.

I'll pull him to cut his hair tomorrow. It's so silly and ugly!

Qin Yi thought and closed his eyes.

Chu Jianyou blinked his eyes at Qin Yi, turned to the side, bent his back, and faced Qin Yi. Like a wild cat, he took a glance at his master and then closed his eyes to sleep, completely unaware that the fur on his head that he was so proud of would be cut off by someone tomorrow.

A good night's sleep.
