C258 Gift of the River God

The sky was just beginning to lighten, shrouded in a mist that made everything seem cloaked in fog. Suddenly, the sound of drums and gongs echoed nearby. A group of villagers, dressed in long black robes, appeared. Their faces were painted with black skulls, their expressions solemn and eyes serious.

A few villagers were carrying a black coffin
