C12 A NAUGHTY GIRL
“She seems to have been affected by that incident”
Malcolm strikes Mia's hair gently, puts her on the bed, and carefully covers her with the blanket. He looks at her serene face as she sleeps for a while and then returns to the living room. The young man sits on the chair, holding the coffee that Olivia just made. Ask David:
"What are you doing here anyway?"
"As I said before, nothing but visiting you" - David shrugs, continuing to eat the other custard.
Malcolm puts the cup down on the table, puts his hands on his hands, and says coldly:
“Visit me? I don't need you to come here to bother me, or did you think that being close to me would be of some benefit?" – The man sneers, his face clearly showing contempt and disgust.
David sighs and still watches television.
"I won't blame you for saying those words"
"Don't talk like you're superior to me"
Malcolm answers and stands up. Looking at David expressionlessly, menacingly:
"One more thing, you mustn't touch my things arbitrarily like that"
In the room, Mia wakes up from a horrible nightmare, her body is sweaty, and her face is pale, she is panting with fear. She feels lucky because it's all just a dream. She comes out of the room when she hears a beautiful and melodious sound. Mia follows that sound and goes to a room on the 3rd floor, the girl stands outside the room and then looks inside, discovering a strange man doing something. He sits in front of a rather large strange object, which made music every time his fingers touch it. Seeing this for the first time, Mia feels extremely curious and interested, she leans against the door and listens to the gentle tunes. Suddenly, the music stops and the man turns his head and looks at her peacefully, his eyes have something very beautiful and attractive. Mia hurriedly bows clumsily and apologizes for eavesdropping on him. The boy sees the girl's silly gesture, laughs, and invites her to sit on the chair to continue listening to the music. He says to her tenderly:
“Do you know what this is? It's the piano, that kind of instrument"
Mia is surprised and asks again:
“The piano…? This is my first time seeing it”
“I guess so too since there are only 5 of them in this country right now… And the people who own it belong to the noblest families”
"I don’t think there is a room like that in this house" – replies Mia, swinging her legs to the beat of the music.
"Are you Mia?"
The girl is surprised when the boy knows her name. David explains:
“Last night, because you were not in her room, Sir Malcolm called all the ladies to look for her. You're probably pretty important to him"
Mia shakes her head, lowers her face, and clutches her dress. To the boy in an unhappy voice:
“No wonder when I wake up I am in my room. But, that's not it… I think he's not as good as you say”
“Why do you think so? Is it because you were sucked by him?”
What David says is completely true to Mia's annoyance so she tells him all about Malcolm's treatment of her. As soon as he finishes listening, the boy also stops playing, completely turns around, and looks at Mia. Being stared at by him like that makes the girl a little scared, she nervously says to the boy:
"… What's up?"
David smiles.
“Aren't you afraid that I'll tell him? Or… am I just a thief and broke in here to get information on Malcolm Hiddleston?”
Mia shakes her head, her big round eyes become more sparkling, she smiles, her face becomes so bright. She says to the boy in a sweet and sure voice:
“No thief would ever sit here and play like that, and besides… I'm not afraid of him either”
The boy, seeing Mia's confused face, continues to ask:
"Really? Did he threaten to kill you and your family?"
Mia is a little embarrassed, then raises her head, her face puffy:
“It's true… I'm a bit scared of him too, but that's because he's a vampire. I won't give in to him, but of course, I won't overdo it either. I hate people who look down on women” – The girl raises her voice aggressively, and then softens, whispering to David – “But don't say anything to him, his temper is a bit off”
The man laughs and promises he does not say a word to Malcolm. The young man then introduces himself and leaves the room. David is going down the stairs when he finds Mia following him, he turns his head and asks the girl with a suspicious look.
“Hmmm, what do you need from me… Miss Mia?”
Seeing that she is discovered, the girl is quite embarrassed and says quietly:
“…I am afraid that you are indeed a thief”
When David hears Mia's answer, he smiles.
“You are really cute”
"It's not your turn” - A cold voice comes from behind David.
Malcolm is quite annoyed, he looks at Mia and then at David, crosses his arms, and walks up to the girl. He grabs her hand and pulls her, reproachfully:
"So you like people who look like students like that?"
"Let me go, it's none of your business anyway"
"Why not?" - Malcolm asks back and leans down, pressing her against the wall and going to kiss her.
A voice suddenly speaks up:
“Hello, good morning to you both”
"Lita, what are you doing here?" - Malcolm looks at the girl and asks.
Lita smiles warmly and bows her head:
“Yes, I am about to come down to have breakfast with everyone. I beg your pardon, Sir Malcolm”
Taking advantage of that time, Mia escapes from Malcolm and runs down the stairs, the man sees it and gives chase. Lita goes down to see David and bows his head, the boy sees the lovely and beautiful figure of the girl and is immediately impressed. Tell her:
“He seems to have changed”
Lita smiles, does not reply, and just whispers:
"Maybe so"
Meanwhile, Malcolm is still trying to chase Mia but doesn't know where the girl is hiding, so he asks Olivia to try. After listening to the housekeeper's instructions, Malcolm goes out into the garden. But he can’t find her anywhere, when he is looking around, suddenly a leaf falls on his face. The boy looks up and finds Mia on the tree, the girl is seen. Because she is startled, unfortunately, she slips and falls straight down. Malcolm is extremely worried and stretches out his hand to take her. So she lay in the boy's lap, without a scratch. Everyone hears the sound and rushes out to check the situation. Seeing Mia and Malcolm's intimate scene, the girls all fall into deep thought, a feeling of discomfort and jealousy welling up in their hearts. Only David is the most carefree, he smiles and says:
“Looks like they're closer than I thought!”
Mia quickly stands up, seeing Malcolm lying on the ground, she pulls his shirt to help him up. Malcolm looks at the girl, takes her hand, and says:
“You should have supported me with these mischievous hands”
When Mia hears that, she releases her hand, causing the guy to fall.
Because Malcolm is scratched to the point of bleeding, Mia is reprimanded by Olivia.
