C8 MIA AND MALCOLM

A horrible night went by. Mia slowly opens her eyes in the pain in her body, she looks around, then sees Malcolm sitting by the bed and looking at her. Her tired eyes show annoyance and anger, she tries to sit up but can not. The man touches the girl's forehead and looks at her tenderly. He says:

"You don't try to do anything on your own. I drank a lot of your blood yesterday, so your body is still very tired. I will ask the chef to cook you delicious food to nourish your health”

“Don't pretend you're nice… After all, what have you done to me?” – The girl clutches the bed sheet and whispers.

Malcolm smiles, he crosses his arms and crosses his legs.

"Don't worry, I haven't done anything. If you hadn't fainted so soon, we might have had more fun times together! And you should remember one thing, I don't have time to play the good guy. If your health doesn't recover, how can I enjoy that delicious taste?"

The girl who hears the answer is a little less worried, but she still couldn't trust the person who deceived her.

“Why did you… lie to me? Is it because I'm stupid?" Mia asks Malcolm.

“That's right! You look so innocent, if I hadn't pretended to be John, you probably wouldn't have shown your lovely personality. And, we promised to work together, did you also say that you will do everything to be kept? I'm just following your wishes..."

Although the girl is very upset with Malcolm's actions, when he supports her to lean on the bed, she does not protest. He finds her to be like that, so he asks her in a mocking voice:

“Have you accepted me already? That's right, no beautiful girl has escaped me after all"

Mia smiled scornfully, for the first time she has such an attitude towards a stranger, even the heir to the noble Hiddleston family.

"Don't be too confident about yourself... Anyway, it's just a little blood, it won't affect me"

"So you don't remember what happened last night?"

Mia asks back with an annoyed attitude:

"Are you slapping me or you're admitting you're a descendant of a vampire?"

Because she does not answer what Malcolm is trying to say, he smiles and strokes Mia's pale lips with his hand, looks at her puzzled face, and says:

“Should I do it again?”

Just as he finishes speaking, a knock on the door interrupts the man's plans. He takes a bathrobe and puts it on, walking towards the door. Outside is Olivia's voice, she is asking Malcolm about getting food inside.

"Come in" – He says.

The housekeeper stands at the door, reverently handing the hot bowl of porridge to Malcolm with both hands. Then, she bows her head and leaves. The door is closed and he sits down next to Mia. He hands Mia a bowl of hot porridge, advises her, and is about to leave. Mia takes the bowl of porridge with trembling hands, she looks at the bowl of minced meat porridge, although she is very hungry, she does not touch the spoon even once. When Malcolm sees that, he sighs and takes back his bowl of porridge, saying to her:

"Open your mouth"

Mia just lowers her head and does not react. Malcolm is a little impatient but still tries to advise the girl in a calm voice:

“Do you want to starve to death? Honestly, look at your body, how sick you look. If you were ugly, I wouldn't even look at you."

"That's what I want too..."

"Come on, I don't have time to comfort you. You are not my superior, you can’t make me obey what you ask. You have to eat, here's an order” – Malcolm seems to lose his composure, he rolls his eyes at Mia – “If you don't eat, I will kill you and kill your whole family”

The girl senses the murderous intent in the man's words, so she just has to do what he says. But she begs him to let her feed herself without him feeding her. The girl just swallows it, then chokes, and the bowl of porridge in her hand falls directly onto the man's shirt.

Taking advantage of Malcolm's arrival in another room, Mia tries to crawl out of bed to clean up. Looking at the shirt covered with porridge, and the porcelain bowl breaking into many pieces, she feels both fear and regret. The girl feels extremely skeptical about this matter, although she may show that she is not afraid of Malcolm, in reality, her heart is the opposite. Mia finds this absurd and disgusting. Drinking human blood? Vampire? She heard the children in the village tell stories related to this matter, but after all, it is just human imagination, Mia has never thought it to be true. She is scared and sheds tears, but no matter what, she still has to stay here to pay the debt to her family. Otherwise, the man will think of enough ways to torture and push Mia's family to death.

When she is more awake, the girl looks around the spacious room, but it's pretty empty, along with the items with quite strange shapes. The girl finds it a bit creepy, after clearing the glass from the glass and vase, she picks up some fabrics from her clothes that Malcolm tore yesterday, and cleans the bed. Then slowly crawling towards the bathroom with a dirty shirt in her hand, the girl tries to hold on to the wall and stands up to take the shower, but because her body is too tired, she falls into the bathtub as soon as she stands up. Because there is still water inside and the weather has begun to turn into winter, the girl shivers because it is too cold. Mia tries to escape but is pulled back by the weight of the dress, with her current body, she can only helplessly shout for help. But her throat is already sore so she can’t speak loudly, so Mia tries to make noise by all means to attract everyone.

When Malcolm returns without seeing Mia, he quickly searches for her, only to find her near a coma in the bathtub. Seeing that, the man rushes over and carries her out, and puts his shirt on to keep her warm. Fearing that she would catch a cold, he changes Mia's clothes and dresses her in his pajamas. Mia is now half-asleep, so she can't protest or say anything.

"Are you alright?" – Malcolm asks nervously, constantly checking Mia's temperature – “Damn… As soon as you were sucked by a vampire, you couldn't come into contact with water”

He hurriedly calls Olivia and informs her of Mia's worsening condition.
