The sun rises in a spectacular dawn, touching the sky with shades of violet, pink and soft yellows as I lean back in Torak’s arms and stare out the window at my queendom spreading out before me. The land is no longer gray. Moss hangs from luscious green trees. Flowered vines spread their perfume in the air. The fields are green as far as the eye can see
