C18 Let's Have a Child

Qin Ziyu glanced at the plump hand in front of him, thinking back to that man's lustful look towards Koo Zheng. He looked at him coldly, then took Koo Zheng's arm and left.

Koo Zheng's eyes curved into a scowl. She didn't stop herself from laughing until she was in the car. All the pores on her body opened up, and she felt comfortable from head to toe.

"Happy?" Qin Ziyu asked as he started the car. "How does it feel to step on someone?"

"Awesome!" Lili finally restrained her smile, tilted her head to look at Qin Ziyu, and joked, "Our Director Qin sure has a mighty presence."

Qin Ziyu saw that Koo Zheng's smile had extended all the way to the bottom of his eyes. He happily curled the corner of his mouth and said, "You can be pretentious."

"Awesome!" Koo Zheng snorted coldly on purpose. "To compare yourself to a tiger, to compare me to a fox?"

"The fox spirits are all very beautiful." Qin Ziyu was in a good mood. When he was with Koo Zheng, his voice unknowingly carried a hint of doting.

Sensing his presence, Koo Zheng's face reddened. She turned her head to look out of the window and put on a look as if she was going to ignore him.

"My mom's flight tomorrow morning." Just as Qin Ziyu finished speaking, Koo Zheng suddenly turned her head. Seeing her shocked expression, Qin Ziyu happily curled his lips and continued, "You and I will meet up on the plane."

Koo Zheng's relaxed and happy expression was immediately replaced by nervousness as she stammered, "She … she knows me?"

"She called you to pick up the plane." Seeing how Koo Zheng had instantly turned into a frightened little white rabbit, Qin Ziyu laughed, "My mom is not a tiger, what are you afraid of?"

No matter what Qin Ziyu said, Koo Zheng's fingers were twisted together, and her small face could not be stretched at all.

He really had to see his mother-in-law. The day had come so quickly.

The whole night, Koo Zheng tossed and turned, unable to fall asleep. She sat up in the middle of the night and fidgeted as she mumbled. She sighed and said, "What should I do?"

Pretending to be sick?

Koo Zheng rejected this idea the moment it appeared.

Qin Ziyu's mother would definitely stay for a period of time, and would probably stay at home as well. She would never be able to get out of bed and not be able to come out.

Even then, it would not stop others from coming to see her!

"His spirit is so good?" Qin Ziyu pulled Koo Zheng's legs with his big hands. The woman, who was in a daze, screamed and slid into a thick embrace. She heard a low voice, "How about we do some exercise?"

He put his chin on the top of her head and closed his eyes, breathing evenly for a few moments.

In the morning, when Lili was awoken by Qin Ziyu's kiss, she opened her eyes and saw the handsome face that had suddenly magnified in front of her and exclaimed, "What time is it?"

"Seven in the morning." Qin Ziyu had already changed his clothes and was feeling refreshed. "You have half an hour to wash up and change your clothes."

After saying that, the man with a leisurely expression opened his laptop and started to process the mail in his mailbox. At the same time, he saw Koo Zheng rushing into the bathroom with a smile on her face.

It was great that Koo Zheng was still fresh and vivid like this.

Twenty minutes later, Koo Zheng grabbed two sets of clothes and stood in front of Qin Ziyu. She carefully asked, "Which one will your mother like?"

The first time she saw her parents, she was really nervous.

"This one." Qin Ziyu pointed to the lavender sweater and the honey dress. "It suits you."

Koo Zheng also took a liking to this outfit and hurried to the changing room. Not long after, she walked out in a graceful manner. The light colored high heels made her taller by a lot. As she walked, her skirt swayed gently like lotuses.

"Very pretty." Qin Ziyu closed the computer and looked at Koo Zheng with a hint of surprise in his eyes.

The distance from the house to the airport was about an hour. Koo Zheng had been holding onto her bag the whole time, unable to find the rhythm of her breathing. She looked at Qin Ziyu pitifully and asked, "Will your mother hate me?"

Her relationship with Qin Ziyu was awkward. Furthermore, she had received her marriage certificate before even meeting her parents, so she was afraid that she wouldn't be able to explain it to her parents.

"She'll be angry if you don't change your mind." Qin Ziyu said indifferently. He turned the steering wheel and drove the car to the parking lot in front of the airport. Looking at the anxious woman, he helplessly knocked on the window, "Get off!"

The airport was bustling with people who had come to pick up the plane. Koo Zheng followed Qin Ziyu and looked into the crowd, wondering which one of them was her mother-in-law.

However, he still couldn't find it.
