In the early morning hours

Xhenia opened her eyes and saw her daughter sleeping on the couch and Amada asleep in the chair.

Her eyes were tired. And her throat dry.

Amada opened up his eyes when he saw her moving on the bed.

He got up, and felt the stiffness in his body. He slept in an awkward position.

He poured her water.

'Here drink slowly'

'You need to bring me supplies you didn't bring any with last night.'

OK. I have to go drop off Xiomara at grandpas' house.

She didn't want to leave you last night.

Her blue eyes lit the room yet it didn't sparkle like it used to. Her skin so pale as if there was no life in it.

I'm tired. You should go home and rest.

Amada was very worried about Xhenia. Afraid she won't get better.

On their way out, Amada send grandma Lucy a message

'I DIDN'T LET YOU KNOW.

XHENIA IS IN HOSPITAL, THEY KEPT HER FOR THE NIGHT, I'M BRINGING XIOMARA OVER'

When they left, the hospital room was quiet it was still a little dark out side.

Breakfast was served early in hospital and the personnel was very friendly. Xhenia was in good hands.

She looked at the stainless steel cup Infront of her and milk in another glass. That was a lot of pills to take. Her dosis was already prepared.

Later that day Amada and xiomara came to visit mommy again in hospital. Mommy had to stay another night.

Xhenia tried to eat the cookies Xiomara brought. Even thought she didn't have any appetite, she tried her best to eat it to make Xiomara happy.

Xiomara was sitting on the bed next to Xhenia with her short legs.

Amada knew from that point of view she will put a tantrum on. She won't leave. It was sad to see her mom like this.

Visiting hours was already up and Xhenia needed to rest.

Amada got up from his chair and Sighed

Xiomara sweetie we have to go now. Mommy needs a lot of rest so she can get better. Say goodnight than we can leave mommy to sleep a little.
