Xhenias health was on and off. The disease affected her kidneys, eye sight, and her hearing ability. But her hair grew back also. But she kep it necklenght. Easier to maintain.

One day she will be perfectly fine. Than one day she will be lying helpless in bed.

At work Amada was running the business like a pro and even made a few changes. Xhenia visited the company half of the time. But never stayed the whole day. Her appointments was done by Amada himself. And he soon started to teach a new recruit at the company.

He had to upskill others so he don't have too much things to do..

Xhenia was at the hospital treatment again and than she will ussualy stay overnight.

Amada went to the cafeteria to buy eatables to munch on. He normally never leave the hospital when Xhenia had to stay the night.

On his way back to the hospital room he met the nurse who looked so familiar.

Excuse me.... have we met before. This woman was pretty.. Her blonde colored hair was a little dry. Maybe it was the peroxide eating the health out of it. .. He reached out his hand to greet her.

When she responded,

Yes Amada. Sad that u forgot about me. We went to school together. Don't u remember me?

He looked at her and tried to think.

Oh yes: you were the adopted daughter of the Bassano family, Nina. Yes of course. It's good to see you.

It's good to see you too and that you are doing well. I'm sorry bout your wife. We are trying our best to help her. Can we go for a cup of coffee later tonight. I'm night shift. I noticed you stayed overnight when she's here.

Urhgg...... he gave a dry cough.. She has a name. Her name is Xhenia. Coffee sounds good.

Aagh My apologies. I'll come by later. I can check up on her than we can go in my tea break.

Amada thought to himself. It's nice to see a familiar face here. Maybe she will give Xhenia extra special care. He smiled when he thought about it.

Nina was a wildcat💙😁😁😁 at school. He is quite surprised that she made it to be a nurse. She was always in trouble😉 at school. She was a party🎉😊🍻 animal.

When he walked into the room he saw Xhenia was awake.

Hey. I'm hungry. What did you get.?

Well there's no food🍲🍲. So crisps🍥😋 it is. Here I bought you some juice.

The two chatted and laugh. It was already after 11pm. Xhenia couldn't sleep. She slept the whole afternoon after the treatment. And Amada enjoyed her company.

Nina came walking in

Xhenia found it strange🚶‍♀️ as she never got any nurse visits this time of the night🌃.

Oh hi... I'm ohk😉.... No need for u to pop in. I dnt have an emergency😊 yet. Xhenia laughed it off.

Oh no. Nina's face turned red😍. I came to see if Amada is still up for our coffee date☕☕☕.

Amada wasn't happy bout the joke. But took the initiative to tell Xhenia bout his childhood😆😆 friends.

They fell asleep in the early morning hours.

Nina walked up and down the long passage🙄 to see if she could get Amadas attention. But he was snoring. Xhenia didn't sleep much. But she noticed the nurse always peeking in the room. She didn't say much.
