I didn't want to leave Valerie for too long. Her presence around me always made my day so I thought of cancelling the trip to Chicago but that was obviously not going to work out.

I decided to get her a phone in order to be close to her even though I was far. I imagined the hugs I received whenever I did something nice for her , it would be cool to get another hug this morning
