C24 A Very Erotic Dream!

Before coming here, Huo Lingxiao had already gone to bed early, only to find himself caught in the same vivid dream that had visited him every night for the past week.

In this dream, he was overpowered by a woman. It was as if he were drunk, unable to resist as a woman with an indistinct face but an undeniably alluring figure pushed him onto the bed. Her scent was intoxicating, lulling his usually sharp senses and giving her every opportunity to take control.

She seemed inexperienced, as if it was her first time. She fumbled with his clothes for what felt like ages until, growing impatient, he helped by tearing them off himself. She fell onto him, her small hands exploring everywhere, igniting a fire within him. He wanted to flip her over, but she warned him not to move, insisting she would stay on top.

Her kisses were clumsy, more like bites, as if she were exacting some kind of revenge. Even in the dream, Huo Lingxiao could feel her teeth on his skin. Yet, he allowed her to continue, as if indulging her with a sense of fondness and indulgence. It was as though, in the dream, he knew exactly who this little woman was. Otherwise, given his usual cold demeanor towards women, he would never let anyone act so freely with him. He would have been furious.

But in the dream, he didn't push her away. Instead, he seemed to encourage her boldness, feeling an unprecedented sense of pleasure, both physically and emotionally. He desperately wanted to see who this woman was, but every time he tried to focus, her face remained frustratingly blurry. She felt familiar, yet he couldn't quite place her.

This continued until two nights ago when his aide drove him back to the military base outside the city.

While dozing in the car, that vivid dream appeared once more. This time, he could clearly see the face of the woman in his dream. She was stunningly beautiful, like a captivating enchantress, with a face that could mesmerize anyone.

The face was so beautiful, he recognized it instantly. Huo Lingxiao had known since he was young that there was no other face in the entire city that could captivate like this one. It belonged to the girl who had chased after him since childhood, always calling him "Brother Lingxiao," and declaring she would marry him when she grew up. It was Ye Yuvyuv, the daughter of Uncle Ye.

Upon realizing who the woman in his dream was, Huo Lingxiao was momentarily surprised but quickly broke into a relaxed smile. By some strange twist of fate, he ordered his aide to return to the city, unexpectedly rescuing the girl who had been left in a crystal coffin, awaiting auction.

What a coincidence, right? After a week of vivid dreams, he managed to save that carefree little thing. Yet, she showed no gratitude and even dared to threaten him with military secrets.

Military secrets! How did that little thing know, and how could she accurately pinpoint the location? Huo Lingxiao's eyes darkened, his handsome face unreadable.

The next morning, in the Ye family home on the third floor, Ye Yuvyuv's room was filled with the sound of rummaging. The noise was so loud that everyone in the Ye household could hear it. But no one dared to go upstairs to check, and the maids and servants continued with their tasks.

Several concubines, woken up early and annoyed by the disturbance, kept silent. They all remembered how the little madam, spoiled by the family head, had caused a ruckus the entire day before. Even the second concubine and the matriarch had been at their wit's end, let alone them. Listening to the constant banging from upstairs, going back to sleep was impossible.

A few women sat together, deciding to have breakfast right away without waiting for everyone to gather. In the Ye family, breakfast was usually an individual affair, without the need for the whole family to be present. After all, Ye Mingyuan had to leave for work early, and the aunts were busy taking care of the children. The Old Madam Ye stayed up late reading scriptures, and the kids had different school schedules, so it was impractical to have everyone eat together.

The aunts ate breakfast in silence, holding back their frustrations.

Meanwhile, on the third floor:

*Knock, knock!*

Two knocks on the door.

Big sister Ye Nianci stood at Ye Yuvyuv's door, knocking with concern, "Yuvyuv, are you awake? What are you doing in there?"

The door opened in response.

Ye Yuvyuv appeared in the doorway, her hair messy, wearing just a pink camisole. Before her sister could say anything, she pulled her into the room, anxiously scanning every corner. "Big sis, I can't find my tiger bone whip. I've been looking for an hour. I remember leaving it in my room."

She led her sister to the wardrobe. "Look, big sis, I used to keep it on the top shelf here. How could it be missing?" She turned to look at her sister.

Ye Nianci's heart skipped a beat. She instinctively avoided her sister's gaze, opened her mouth, and finally shook her head, "I don't know."

Ye Yuvyuv squinted at her sister, noticing her face turning red—a telltale sign she was lying. Her sister was never good at lying; whenever she tried, her face would flush, and she couldn't make eye contact.

"Big sis, did you hide my whip?" Ye Yuvyuv asked, testing her theory.

Ye Nianci quickly shook her head, "No, Yuvyuv, it wasn't me."

Ah! Her sister was indeed innocent.

"The whip wasn't hidden by Big Sis, but she did take it," Yuvyuv thought, her big eyes darting as she pieced together the clues from her sister's words. Narrowing her eyes, she suddenly sidestepped her sister and dashed up to the second floor.

"Yuvyuv, where are you going?" Big Sis Nianci called out, quickly following her.

Yuvyuv didn't answer, jogging straight to her dad's study. She paused outside, listening for any sounds, and knocked softly on the door. Hearing nothing, she figured her dad was still asleep. After all, she had woken up early, before six, and it was only about six-thirty now. With her dad on vacation at home, he wouldn't be up this early. Plus, he'd been stressed out over her and Big Sis's antics lately, so he was probably exhausted.

Yuvyuv quietly turned the doorknob, motioning for Big Sis to stay quiet as she approached. The whip had disappeared, and after searching her room and catching Big Sis's guilty look, Yuvyuv quickly deduced that her dad, worried about her getting into trouble, had instructed Big Sis to swipe the whip and hide it away.

How did Yuvyuv figure out it was her dad's doing? Well, in the past, whenever she caused trouble, he'd often resort to this childish tactic of hiding her whip.

Familiar with the study, Yuvyuv entered and immediately noticed a landscape painting from the Song Dynasty hanging high on the wall. The painting was a genuine piece, quite valuable, and her dad cherished it dearly. Not only was it worth a lot, but it had also been her mom's favorite painting when she was alive.

Her father truly adored her mother, embracing everything she loved with genuine enthusiasm.
