C96 Witch and Cute Can be Related!
Huang San was startled by the cool, emotionless voice, causing him to shiver slightly. He slowly lifted his head, his eyelids twitching. "Miss Ye."
"Oh, you do recognize me, huh?" Ye Yuvyuv smiled faintly, her expression calm. Yet, her clear amber eyes held no warmth. In a cold voice, she asked, "Seeing me, don't you have anything to say?"
If Huang San still didn't realize that it was his encounter with this young lady that got him dragged here, he would have wasted all these years. His eyes darted quickly as he forced a pitiful, flattering smile. "Miss Ye, you truly look like an angel. For someone like me, Huang San, to see you today is a blessing. If you have any instructions, just let me know. There's no need to be so formal and have me brought here."
His words ended with a bitter smile, as his swollen face throbbed painfully with each word.
Ye Yuvyuv looked at Huang San, who resembled a cunning weasel, and let out a cold laugh. Suddenly, she raised her small hand, not wanting to waste more words, and tossed a small porcelain bottle to the man in black beside her. "Sprinkle this on Huang San, but be careful not to get any on yourself."
The man in black hesitated, his hand trembling slightly as he almost dropped the bottle. Ye Yuvyuv kindly warned, "Be careful. It's not a big deal if the powder spills, but if it gets on you, that stuff can..."
Her words trailed off as she stepped back a few paces, signaling the man in black to proceed.
Her unfinished sentence terrified Huang San. His face turned ghostly pale as he stared in horror at the bottle in the man's hand, instinctively knowing it wasn't something good. He began to scream in fear.
"Fifth Miss, please spare me! Ask anything you want to know, and I'll tell you everything..."
"Oh, but I'm a bit peculiar. I prefer when people volunteer information rather than me having to ask."
The man in black, now wearing gloves as Ye Yuvyuv had advised, slowly approached Huang San. Huang San screamed in terror.
"Wait, wait, Fifth Miss, I'll talk! I'll tell you everything! Just spare my life!"
"Hmm, too late. I'm in the mood for some fun. Maybe after I've had my fill of entertainment, I'll consider letting you speak."
Ye Yuvyuv kicked a chair over and sat down with great interest, as if watching a show. The other men in black, unfamiliar with Ye Yuvyuv, looked at her in disbelief.
They felt like their master had brought in a little demon. It was terrifying. She looked like the sweet girl next door, but her ruthless interrogation style and willingness to poison anyone who upset her were frightening.
This wasn't the demeanor of a young girl; she was more like a little devil exuding pure malice. The men in black shivered.
When the powder was sprinkled on Huang San, the horrific scene that followed chilled them to the bone, as if they were in a living nightmare. From that day on, Henry's men treated Ye Yuvyuv with even more respect than they did their own master.
"I can't take it, I can't take it, hahaha, it tickles, it tickles so much..."
"Hahaha, it tickles, I'm dying from it, save me, Fifth Miss, I won't dare again, please spare me..."
After the powder was sprinkled on Huang San, it took less than three seconds for him to start itching all over. At first, Huang San didn't think much of it, mocking the beautiful girl sitting across from him in his mind. His eyes, like those of a weasel, maliciously thought about how the Fifth Miss from the Ye family should never fall into his hands. If she did, he would make sure to torment her thoroughly.
Tom and Henry, standing nearby, noticed Huang San's disgusting gaze. Enraged, Henry was about to shoot out Huang San's eyes, but Ye Yuvyuv stopped him with a word. She motioned for Henry to come closer and whispered something to him. A smile quickly spread across Henry's handsome face as he looked at Ye Yuvyuv's bright little face and praised her, "Our little Yuvyuv is truly the best."
Ye Yuvyuv slapped Henry's hand away, coldly staring at Huang San with eyes devoid of any warmth. The black-clad man who had sprinkled the powder felt a chill run through him.
In just three minutes, the warehouse echoed with Huang San's terrifying, maniacal laughter, so sharp it hurt the ears. Initially, Huang San thought it was just ordinary itching powder that would subside soon. But he quickly realized something was wrong. The itch intensified as he tried to scratch against the pillar, becoming unbearable. It felt like thousands of tiny insects were crawling all over him, and he couldn't hold back any longer, begging loudly for mercy.
The only response was the girl's cool, soft laughter. "What's the rush, Huang San? I'm just enjoying the opening act. A play without an ending isn't any fun, is it? Ha ha ha..."
A burst of laughter, clear and melodious like silver bells, carried the gentle beauty of a young girl, blooming eerily like a vibrant flower in the dim warehouse.
Though the laughter was pleasant, it sent a chill down the spine.
Huang San's laughter turned into a desperate cry, a shiver running through him inexplicably. As he struggled to control his uncontrollable laughter, he looked at the enchanting young woman sitting there and suddenly shouted, "You witch!"
The air around them dropped to freezing with Huang San's sudden outcry.
A shadow of coldness flickered across Ye Yuvyuv's bright face. Yet, just when everyone expected her to be furious, she unexpectedly smiled, slowly articulating each word from her vibrant lips, "A witch... hmm, not a bad title."
Tom and the others fell silent, none daring to respond.
Only Henry, grinning widely, crouched beside Ye Yuvyuv, gazing at her with admiration, "Indeed, Little Witch is a cute nickname, perfectly fitting for our Little Yuvyuv."
Tom and the black-clad subordinates exchanged looks, as if questioning their young master’s sanity. Each thought, "Are you sure, sir, that 'witch' and 'cute' belong in the same sentence?"
