Error and incomplete since chapter 18
I feel the same way. With chapters 18-20 being incomplete. Chapters 19+ is talking about another novel with a similar plot.

I feel like the chapters after the incomplete 18-20, shows a different novel that is somehow mixed into Young Medical Sage as the main characters and side characters are not the same.
