C9 You will Get Used to It!

Shu Chenhuan and Dan Lang both looked at him sympathetically and silently lowered their heads, praying that the Grand Tutor would not name them.

Lu Yuanxi stood up and was silent for a moment. Then, she said, “Mister, I am stupid.”

The Grand Tutor looked at him and did not criticize him harshly. He nodded and said, “It’s normal for you to not understand your age. Sit down and listen. Don’t let the two people behind you absorb your soul.”

After Lu Yuanxi sat down, the Grand Tutor said, “The article on governance talks about the basic principles of being an official, the relationship between learning and thinking, and the process of learning and re-learning, as well as the further elaboration of morality such as filial piety and compassion. The Grand Tutor will select people again and remember them well.”

“Yes, Mister!”

Lu Yuanxi was very familiar with the things the Grand Tutor talked about. He held his jaw and his eyes were attracted by the butterflies dancing outside the window.

While he was lost in thought, a small piece of paper was thrown onto his table.

Lu Yuanxi looked down and glanced at the two people behind him.

Dan Lang pointed at the small piece of paper on his table and signaled for him to open it.

Lu Yuanxi had just taken the paper in his hand, but before he could open it, the Grand Tutor hit his shoulder with a ruler!

Leng Manyou’s fingers curled up and he looked at him silently.

The Grand Tutor reached out and took the paper from Lu Yuanxi’s hand. He opened it and looked at it. His face instantly darkened.

“Lu Bi! Stand up!”

Lu Yuanxi didn’t know what was written in the note, but seeing how angry the Grand Tutor was, it probably wasn’t anything good.

He stood up as the Grand Tutor asked, “Who gave you this note?”

Lu Yuanxi hesitated for a moment and said, “My teacher.”

“Your own?”

The Grand Tutor obviously didn’t believe it. He threw the note on Lu Yuanxi’s table. “You wrote a love poem for yourself?”

“…”

Love poem?

The study room fell into silence.

Everyone looked at Lu Yuanxi strangely.

Leng Man looked at Leng Leng, and Shu Chenhuan and Dan Langyuan trembled.

Dan Langyuan glanced at the other piece of paper on the table and opened it. There was a line of words written on it. “Brother Lu, do you have any arrangements after school?”

Dan Langyuan thought it wasn’t good.

If he went to find it, the love poem he wrote for Miss Xiixi would be gone!

Dan Langyuan looked at Shu Chenhuan with a bitter face.

Shu Chenhuan received Dan Langyuan’s gaze and three words appeared in his heart—it was over!

Lu Yuanxi picked up the note and looked at it for a while. The corner of her mouth twitched uncontrollably. She then squeezed the note into a ball and threw it back to Dan Langyuan.

“Sir, the love poem is his.”

Lu Yuanxi sat back down.

Dan Lang and Yuan quickly stuffed the note into his sleeve. Looking at the Tutor’s ugly face, he smiled awkwardly and said, “Sir, I didn’t write this poem for Lu Yuanxi. This Yuanxi is a girl from my neighbor’s house…”

“Dan Chi!”

The Tutor scolded.

Dan Lang and Yuan shivered and slowly stood up. “Sir, this love poem was written by my student, Chen Huan. If you want to punish me, punish the two of us!”

“…” Shu Chen Huan.

This was inhuman! He was really his good brother!

Hearing that, the Tutor glared at Shu Chen Huan. Shu Chen Huan could only stand up.
