C137 The Hazy Danger Was Real the Zombie Bird Was Alarmed at Night!(1)

"What's this?" Tang Bing couldn't help but be charmed by the sight of Sun Meng's flushed face, which, along with her recent coquettish behavior, made his heart flutter.

"I'm not dealing with you!" Sun Meng's face felt like it was on fire, and she couldn't bring herself to meet Tang Bing's gaze. Standing up, she turned to switch off the video, "I'm done watching this..."

"Wait a second!" Tang Bing had always exercised restraint, but he was, after all, a normal man. Lately, both Qin Mengli and Sun Meng had been vying for his attention, often resorting to flirtation. Truth be told, it was a struggle for him, nowhere near as effortless as he made it seem.

Here they were, in the dead of night, alone together in a room. Waking from a groggy sleep, he was stirred by the provocative scenes playing on the video. With the petite and adorable Sun Meng nearby, the air perfumed with the scent of her shower gel, and the computer still emitting the entwined moans of the actors, it was a lot for any man to withstand, even the most disciplined of monks.

Before Sun Meng could rise, she felt a large hand reach from behind and swiftly encircle her slender waist. A sudden force pulled her back, and she found herself tumbling onto the thick comforter.

Looking up, she saw Tang Bing's face incredibly close, his breath warm on her skin.

Sun Meng had often deliberately sought Tang Bing's attention, even going so far as to tempt him. But now that he had made a move, a wave of panic washed over her. Lying face-to-face with him, separated only by a thick blanket, her mind went blank with nerves, her body frozen.

"Bing..." Sun Meng's voice shook, her mind felt like it was overheating. She tried to wriggle free, but the firm grip on her waist left her powerless to rise.

Tang Bing gazed at her lovely face up close, her skin so tender it seemed to glow like a perfectly ripe apple, utterly irresistible.

The scent wafting from her was intoxicating, stripping away his last vestiges of restraint.

"Mmm~" Sun Meng tried to speak, but Tang Bing's other hand suddenly pinned her head down, their lips crashing together in an instant. Her mind went blank, her body rigid with shock.

The warmth and softness of Sun Meng's lips only made it harder for Tang Bing to hold back. With a swift turn, he flipped back the blanket, switching their positions in a flash.

Following the deep kiss, Tang Bing propped himself up on either side of Sun Meng's head, gazing down at her, her eyes glazed with confusion, his own throat parched with desire.

"Bing..." Finally able to catch her breath, Sun Meng's voice shook as she looked up at him, her eyes wide and unseeing.

"You've stoked my desire; now you must see it through to the end!" Tang Bing was beyond caring about rationality, especially in the face of Sun Meng's vulnerable beauty, which he found utterly irresistible.

He pressed his fervent lips to her pristine neck, trailing kisses downward, as Sun Meng shivered and wrapped her arms tightly around his broad back, her plea quivering, "Bing, please be gentle. It's my first time..."

Her words were like fuel to the flames, obliterating the last shred of Tang Bing's self-control. He flung back the blanket and fumbled with the buttons of Sun Meng's pajamas in a frenzy.

"Ahh~!!" But just as Sun Meng lay exposed before him, her expression a mix of bashful anticipation and coy resistance, ready to surrender herself to Tang Bing, a shattering noise from the next room shattered the moment. Qin Mengli's scream of terror followed immediately.

The scream tore through the night, succeeded by the chaos of furniture toppling over next door.

"What's happening?!" Teacher Lin Leyan was the quickest to respond, with Liang Hui and Zhao Dagang close on his heels. Drawn by the commotion, they all rushed to Qin Mengli's room, only to be met with pandemonium as screams, footsteps, and the sounds of things being smashed filled the air.

It was as if a bucket of ice water had been dumped over Tang Bing's head, snapping him back to reality. He sprang up, quickly covering Sun Meng's exposed form with the blanket. He grabbed his clothes and dressed hastily, whispering urgently, "Quick, get dressed and get back to your room before anyone sees you!"

While he was speaking, he swiftly dressed and dashed out the door.

Sun Meng paused in surprise, watching Tang Bing's retreating figure with a sense of loss creeping into her heart. She had braced herself for what might come, yet this unexpected turn of events caught her off guard. She suspected Qin Mengli was deliberately causing trouble, which only deepened her resentment.

Tang Bing's earlier warning, "Don't let anyone see," echoed in her mind, leaving her feeling hollow. They had nearly taken their relationship to the next level; why did it have to feel like a secret affair? He obviously had feelings for her; otherwise, why would he have come so close?

Despite her frustration, she let out a sigh, sat up, and began to redress.

Tang Bing, now fully clothed, burst out of the room, slamming the door behind him, and hurried to Qin Mengli's door. "What's going on?!"

Before he could finish, a dark shape hurtled toward him, causing him to duck instinctively.

"Whoosh!" The shadow zipped past him, then spun in midair, hurtling toward his face with alarming speed.

"Whoa!" Tang Bing flinched, swinging his club in a reflexive strike, but the shadow dodged, turning sharply and speeding down the hallway toward the stairs.

"Bing! Miss Qin is hurt!" Zhao Dagang's voice rang out in alarm from inside the room.

Tang Bing spun around and rushed back in, only to see Lin Leyan cradling Qin Mengli, who was clad in blue pajamas, her expression etched with anxiety.

Liang Hui stood by, equally worried, while Zhao Dagang paced frantically.

"Tang, look at Mengli's face!" Lin Leyan cried out, her voice breaking, "Please, check on her!"

"Tang Bing! The zombie bird! It's dangerous! We need to catch it first!" Qin Mengli exclaimed.

"Forget the zombie bird, what about your face!" Lin Leyan frantically dabbed at Qin Mengli's wound with tissues.

Tang Bing hurried over for a closer look and recoiled in shock.

A deep gash marred Qin Mengli's forehead, the white of her skull faintly visible beneath. Her face, once beautiful, was now obscured by a mask of bright red blood, presenting a horrifying sight.

"Move aside!" Tang Bing's heart twinged with pain at the sight of her condition. He rushed over, crouched down, and swiftly pulled an antibiotic from his virtual backpack, popping it into her mouth. Without missing a beat, he applied a medical kit to her injuries.

Though they had witnessed his miraculous healing methods before, Tang Bing's abilities never failed to leave everyone awestruck.

The wound on Qin Mengli's forehead began to knit together rapidly after the medical kit was used, healing at a pace so swift it seemed like magic.

Tang Bing secured a bandage around her forehead, then gently gave her a painkiller, murmuring, "Don't worry! Flesh wounds are no match for me!"

"What about her face...?" Lin Leyan asked, concern etched in her features.

"Relax, it won't scar," Tang Bing assured her. He had done this many times; the wounds always healed quickly post-medication, leaving not a single mark behind. Such was the wonder of system medicines!

Reassured by his words, Lin Leyan and Liang Hui relaxed, and Zhao Dagang let out a breath of relief at the sight.

"Tang Bing! That zombie bird is dangerous..." Qin Mengli clutched his arm tightly, "Quick, catch it!"

"A zombie bird?" Tang Bing nodded in confirmation, "I'm on it. Teacher Lin, Liang Hui, Dagang, stay here and look after Mengli. Watch out for more zombie birds. I'll handle the one that's invaded our home!"

"Please, be careful," Qin Mengli implored in a soft tone.

"I will!" With a mace in hand, Tang Bing dashed out of Qin Mengli's room, only to come face-to-face with Sun Meng at his own doorstep.

Their eyes met, and Sun Meng's lips curled into a pout, betraying her frustration.

Recalling how he had nearly lost control and come close to an intimate encounter with Sun Meng, Tang Bing felt a flush of embarrassment. He averted his gaze and whispered urgently, "Why are you still here? Get back to your room. It's dangerous with zombie birds around!"

"I want to check on Qin Mengli," Sun Meng retorted, her lips pursed as she glanced up at him before heading to the neighboring room.

Tang Bing couldn't help but think, You've already stirred up such drama, and who knows if Qin Mengli overheard us earlier? Aren't you worried about the awkwardness?

Right now, the priority was handling the zombie bird, so he didn't pay her any mind and hurriedly dashed downstairs.

Once the zombie bird reached the lower level, it darted about the room, flying in all directions.
