C2 Dreams

"Water please"

Seconds passed and a servant handed me a glass of water. I'm full of sweat and my dress is really cut out. I see some grass leaves..Is it just a dream or did it really happen? What's his name again? Riven? The man of what? "The man of your dreams"

I was choked by drinking, remembering my dream. How could he do that? And the book? He never returns it to me.

"So you're awake" It's Lumina again.

"Yes, and why?"

"Hahaha these past few days, you revealed some of your shed hah. Impressive, but you need to improve more to surpass me Vega" here we go again, she's testing my patient.

"Lumina, may I command you that I need a regular and personal servant for my privacy and needs?" calling her without respect.

Without a second, I fill her grip squishing my jaw and that hurts me.

"I..AM NOT YOUR SERVANT! " she yelled at me and freed her hand onto my jaw. That hurts, and I feel my gums bleeding.

"And I'm not your toy too so don't fvck with me!" I yelled back at her

"Hahaha so it's a new you? You're lucky that fate returns its favor to you then if it's not. I must kill you " she said and went out of my room.

I read her mind again and I saw how threatened she was, hahaha she's aging and she's vulnerable.

"Call Lia, " I commanded the servant beside me.

Minutes passed and I saw her walking in my direction.

"Leave us alone" I said to the remaining servants and they'll left the room.

When Lia and I are all alone in the room, I started the conversation.

"Why did you do that?"

"What do you mean Madam?" turning back my question

"Why did you cover me up to Lumina even though it will cost you your job?"

"It's because... I'm pitty to you" she replied

"Ah really? Am I that pitiful? " asking her again

"In my knowledge, yes Madam"

"Prove yourself to me, and I will decide if I will take you as my personal servant " after I've said to her those words, I dismissed her too. And now, I'm all alone again.

I want to go to the forest where I saw that guy, Riven. How could he do that? She can control me in my own dreams!

Maybe at night? I want to meet him in person, not in my dreams coz that creeps me out.

It's been 5pm and I'm waiting for the night sky to scattered. It's better to went out of my room at those hour coz Lumina is sleeping at her room.

I'm here now at the forest and I first harvested some colorful flowers. I decided to make it a perfume or breeds it to one another flower to create my own species of flowers. See? That's the cause of being stuck here. I don't deny the fact that this place is full of wealth, but how can I be grateful if this place is handed by cruel butler. Lumina.

I don't think that she's my relative because she hated me more than her life. She's here with me since I was a kid, a provider but she doesn't act like a mother.

She hired some servants for me to look out, and she always trade and buy some of my needs in the market. And that's all, there's no more something special than that, I don't even call that a relationship. It's just her duty to keep me alive. I don't know what's the use of me to theirs but I'm more sure that it's not about my future. But for their sakes.

" Your pale skin complexion matches the shade of the crescent moon" that voice.... it's Riven!

"Riven?" calling him out

"Yes, Your Majesty. " he answered but I don't see him anywhere.

" Why are you hiding? Came out here and face me"

"I want but I can't, you can only see me in your dreams. Because I'm the man of your d..."

"You idiot. " cutting him off

Frustrated but I still compose myself to know what's really his intentions.

"Hahaha I think you're so ugly in your physical appearance that's why your only facing me only at my dreams" mocking him

"Hahahaha I'm that handsome for real. But I don't have a physical body for now. And I will only have one , if you can make the moon bloody" he said,

"I already read that , but how?" I too, is desperate to get that book again

" Accept your truth, for who you really are"

I stopped for a while and trying to sink in my mind the words that he says. But how? I don't know who really I am.

Once , where a full moon started my sight started to enhance and I'm too thirsty for flesh. I feel my insides moving and I can't do anything, my body desides. In the clear glass mirror, I see a figure of an animal- with the same pair of my eyes. It's me.

After that, I don't really remember what happened next. I saw Lumina in front of my face, reading me again. I know she knows everything after I lose myself that night.

And she added more security, I know she has a powers, she extended the barriers to the forest that made me more locked up. She remove everything that makes me know who really I am. How cruel she is, I beg for my freedom but she refused it all the time.

"Vega, I'm your colleague we can espcape from here if you will help me. You have a half month to practice and discover yourself, the woods to wide for that. Just listen to me. Only me" after he said that I feel his vanish.

I left alone in the forest. Should I trust someone again? I hate being left behind, just like Eden did.

I came back to my room , apparently my requests are here. I immediately open the chest box and surprised when it finally meet my expectations. A very beautiful dresses with expensive gems and threads that's embroid in it, the jewels shoes and undergarments are too expensives.

The other box are new sheets of bed and blankets, jackets and some socks. I just wander why I deserve all of this? Or isnit just an exchange to live a lifetime imprisonment?
