C1 .

On the second floor of the Haoyue Hotel, Yung Mo had just exited the private room and was making his way to the elevator with a stride that was both steady and elegant. He exuded the presence of a lion king—his demeanor was commanding and austere, yet it carried an undertone of indolence and dominance.

Having indulged in a bit of wine during the social gathering, his strikingly handsome face bore a slight flush, and his eyes glinted with an intense sharpness. His features were as flawlessly sculpted as those of a deity.

Trailing a meter behind Yung Mo were four impeccably dressed bodyguards, clad in black suits. Their expressions were as impassive and frosty as their employer's.

As the elevator doors slid open, Yung Mo was about to step inside when he caught sight of the scene within and his brow furrowed in displeasure. His gaze fixed on the woman in the elevator, icy and stern.

She was undeniably beautiful, exuding both sensuality and charm. Her face was stunning, her black hair cascading like satin down her back. Her delicate features were pristine, with a subtle blush tinting her cheeks. Her eyes sparkled with an elfin purity, yet there was a bewitching allure about her.

The woman seemed disoriented, her pink lips bitten to the point of bleeding. The white dress she wore clung to her figure, accentuating her curves. Despite the conservative cut of the garment, her restless movements and the heat emanating from her body lent her an irresistible allure.

In that moment, Yung Mo's breath hitched, and a shadow of dark intrigue flickered in his deep-set eyes.

A woman? And one who appeared to be under the influence of some drug?

It might have been the piercing chill of his stare that drew Muh Jingyan, already delirious from the fever raging within her, towards him. She seemed to believe that only by closing the distance to that frigid aura could she quell the internal blaze.

Losing her balance, she tumbled into Yung Mo's arms. The coolness of his embrace was a relief to Muh Jingyan, who instinctively nuzzled closer, even letting out a soft, involuntary moan.

The four bodyguards behind Yung Mo exchanged looks of alarm. They were well aware of their master's aversion to physical contact, particularly with women.

"Get away from me!" Yung Mo's command was sharp as he felt the woman pressing insistently against him.

His expression darkened with scorn and disdain, his eyes brimming with lethal intent. Women were nothing but trouble!

At this point, Muh Jingyan was beyond reason, finding solace only in the comfort of his embrace.

Yung Mo's expression grew even more forbidding as she clung to him, her actions igniting his anger. Yet, to his own surprise, there was no revulsion in his heart.

Yung Mo had always detested the touch of women, but now, he found himself not only tolerating her presence but also experiencing an unexpected physical response.

"Leave me alone," he said firmly, his voice regaining its composure as his gaze turned steely.

"I feel so terrible," murmured Muh Jingyan, oblivious to her surroundings and overwhelmed by discomfort.

Yung Mo looked down at the woman in his arms, his typically tranquil heart now restless, his eyes softening ever so slightly.

"You started this," he said, his voice low and tinged with a frosty edge.

He then pulled Muh Jingyan's petite frame closer and stepped into the elevator with her, addressing his bodyguards with a curt command, "Wait for me downstairs."

"Yes, sir!" they responded, watching their employer depart with expressions of stunned disbelief. It was the first time they had witnessed Yung Mo show any sign of affection towards a woman.

Once inside the elevator, Yung Mo pressed Muh Jingyan against the wall and captured her lips with his. His body shuddered at the contact.

For once, there was no trace of disdain in his heart—instead, he was filled with an inexplicable sense of contentment.

The elevator ascended to the top floor, and upon exiting, Yung Mo, with the luxurious red carpet underfoot, carried Muh Jingyan swiftly to his room. She was completely unaware of her destination, lost in her own haze.

Inside the room, Yung Mo set Muh Jingyan down, propping her against the door as the temperature in the darkened space began to rise.

Despite his usual aversion to women, he found himself captivated by every move she made. It was a moment so surreal that even Yung Mo struggled to believe it.

A warmth coursed through his typically cold heart, and he declared to Muh Jingyan, "From now on, you're mine."
