C2 Be My Woman!

The frigid moon soared high in the sky, yet inside the room, the heat was as intense as a blazing inferno.

In a secluded harbor of B City, a striking red car stood parked. A woman occupied the driver's seat, engrossed in a phone conversation.

"Is everything taken care of?"

"Rest assured, Miss Su!"

"Good. I'll wire the rest of the money to your account tomorrow."

After hanging up, a wicked sneer distorted the woman's lovely features, her eyes sparking with envy. She laughed with self-satisfaction, her voice dripping with disdain.

"Muh Jingyan, you're nothing but a pathetic orphan taken in by the Su family. How dare you vie with me for Xian's affections?"

"After today, you'll be nothing but a woman violated by some old man. I'm curious to see if Xian will still want you then!"

"Muh Jingyan, just die. Soong Xian can only belong to me!"

With her tirade over, the woman sped off in the crimson car, triumph in her wake.

Dawn tinted the sky as Muh Jingyan tossed and turned restlessly in her sleep. A throbbing pain wracked her head, her body exhausted, fueling a night of relentless nightmares.

Upon opening her eyes, her usually clear gaze was now piercingly cold. A chill emanated from her, devoid of any warmth.

She felt a tight grip around her waist as she moved slightly. Memories of the previous night's madness flooded her mind, her fists clenching as ice crept into her stare.

She hadn't anticipated Su Mo's treachery, the vile drug, the trap set at the hotel. It seemed Su Mo was hell-bent on her ruin.

But Su Mo's plot had failed, and Muh Jingyan's memories from three years prior had resurfaced.

She remembered the agony of that time, a smile playing on her lips as a fierce, cold determination flashed in her eyes, tinged with deep pain.

As Muh Jingyan awoke, so did Yung Mo. His eyes met hers, and he saw a woman transformed. Gone was the innocence and allure of the previous night, replaced by a daunting aura of vengeance and the stark chill of her countenance.

Yung Mo was momentarily taken aback.

Sensing his gaze, Muh Jingyan glanced at Yung Mo, her eyes void of emotion. She rose from the bed with a detached air, ready to step out into the cold morning.

Despite the intimacy shared with Yung Mo, her newly reclaimed memories made revenge her sole focus.

Yung Mo's brow furrowed, his annoyance growing as he met her icy gaze. "Where do you think you're going?" he demanded, his voice tinged with displeasure.

"I'm going home," Muh Jingyan replied coolly, shrugging off his grasp and continuing her attempt to rise.

Her legs wobbled as she touched the floor, a sharp intake of breath betraying her instability.

Yung Mo watched the marks on her body, a flicker of emotion crossing his face. He was irked that she seemed indifferent to their shared night.

His features hardened, his deep eyes glinting with a frosty anger. "You think you can just sleep with me and then walk away?"

His lips pressed into a thin line, his expression darkening with noble indignation. He fixed his gaze on her, a chill emanating from his very being.

Yung Mo was furious, experiencing an unfamiliar sting of rejection from a woman he had no desire to disdain.

Muh Jingyan dressed, her gaze returning to Yung Mo, her eyebrows arching, her demeanor still icy. She had to admit, he was the epitome of elegance and nobility, his handsome features the finest she'd ever seen.

His intelligent eyes bore into hers, his presence exuding an air of lofty detachment.

She considered herself fortunate; her first sexual encounter had been with such a man, far superior to anyone Su Mo could have sent.

"What do you propose?" Muh Jingyan countered, her tone as frosty as her stare.

Yung Mo's eyes narrowed dangerously, his handsome face set in a scowl.

Her words only fueled his ire, a woman stirring his emotions for the first time.

"Be my woman!"

"Sorry, sir, but that's not of interest to me," Muh Jingyan retorted, a hint of mockery in her smile, her eyes colder still. She placed the only 100 yuan she had on the bed, her parting words as cool as her exit from the room.

"Goodbye, oh, no, let's not meet again."

The door slammed shut behind her, her mocking sneer more pronounced. Her icy gaze carried a daunting chill, sealing her resolve.

She stepped out of the hotel, gazing up at the pristine sky overhead, her mind inevitably drifting back to three years prior.

That was the year when the man she cherished and her closest confidante both betrayed her. He chose to trust the woman he'd grown up with, his childhood friend, over her. Her best friend had even conspired to drug her, resulting in her unconscious admission to a mental institution.

Within the walls of that institution, she faced relentless torment, subjected to the chilling touch of instruments and the numbing effects of medication. The ordeal left her in a state of profound suffering.

For a year she endured, until at last, she managed to flee the confines of the mental hospital. But her freedom was short-lived as the doctors soon discovered her absence.

Desperate and pursued, she found herself with no choice but to leap into the sea. By a stroke of fortune, she was rescued by the father of Su Mo. When she awoke, her memories had vanished.

Three years had passed, and now she was back.

Qin Yunkai, Gong Siyu, I've granted you three extra years of grace. But this time, there will be no mercy.
