It was a lawless place.

In the cultivation world, the law of slaughter and the supremacy of the fist was vividly displayed.

Many of the scum of the cultivation world and some of the expelled would come here to live, or seek refuge.

Because of this, the shadow grew in the soil that was the breeding ground of the darkness
