C20 Three Types of Lord Mode!

Building: Spirit Spring

Level: 1

Upgrade Requirement: 0/300

Quality: SSS (0/5)

Defense: 500/500

Consumption: Producing one ton of water consumes 3,000 spirit coins.

Production Rate: 3 tons/day

Special Attribute: Spring water imbued with Spiritual Energy

Description: A source brimming with Spiritual Energy. Its uses are manifold. It can accelerate crop growth, fortify the body, hasten cultivation, and aid in healing injuries and fatigue. To evolve again, it requires five Spirit Springs.

Zhou Yan was astounded by the attributes of the two buildings. They were incredibly potent.

The capabilities of the Spirit Spring were particularly impressive—a veritable multi-purpose water source.

He had been concerned about his water supply, but this building was a delightful surprise, providing him with a continuous stream of Spirit Spring resources!

Naturally, the Spirit Spring wasn't infinite and required spirit coins. Moreover, its daily production was limited to three tons.

At a cost of 3,000 spirit coins per ton, the expense was negligible for him now.

The production speed was somewhat slow at only three tons per day, but that was of little concern. As the building level increased, so would the output.

He noticed several people in the chatroom eager to purchase water, likely because they were transported to areas with scarce water resources and had limited supplies themselves.

"The Spirit Spring's powers are formidable. I can't afford to sell too much," he mused.

Even in this training phase, there were many who could afford the Spirit Spring.

He would need to assess the situation before deciding on the right amount to sell.

"These two buildings' functions are just too powerful!"

Zhou Yan had granted Diaochan access to the buildings' controls, which thrilled her. With the spiritual field and Spirit Spring at their disposal, it was hard to imagine not becoming powerful.

"Our territory will only improve from here. Will you join me in safeguarding it?" Zhou Yan extended his hands, his smile conveying both sincerity and anticipation.

Diaochan, though shy, gathered her courage. She reached out her delicate, fair hand to intertwine her fingers with Qin Chuan's, whispering, "Yes."

Hand in hand, Qin Chuan led Diaochan to the spiritual field. "Let's upgrade the spiritual field and Spirit Spring first, then plant crops and observe the effects," he proposed.

During his school days, he had come across information online about Lords who had been fortunate enough to possess a spiritual field. The crops harvested there were of immense benefit to humans, enhancing bodily attributes and physical fitness. Such crops fetched a high price, beyond the reach of ordinary people, and were not found in common places.

The spiritual field could provide him with an additional revenue stream. Yet, he had no intention of being solely a Farming type Lord.

Previously, he might have chosen the path of an adventure type Lord. Now, he aimed to excel as both, simultaneously pursuing agriculture and adventure to become the most formidable Lord.

A Farming type Lord, as the name suggests, focuses on resource acquisition through farming, cultivating various crops and herbs, mining, lumbering, weapon forging, and medicine crafting, while also breeding livestock.

In contrast, adventure type Lords concentrate on territory development, constructing defensive structures, barracks, siege engines, and more. Once powerful enough, they venture onto the Lord Continent to seek out wild resources and treasures, growing their domains through combat.

Such Lords often face peril, with each adventure potentially risking their entire territory. Fortune can bring them great rewards, while misfortune can lead to devastating monster attacks and the destruction of their lands in an instant.

Beyond these two developmental models, there exists a third: the War Lord. This model is outlawed across the Canglan Continent for its focus on waging wars to seize others' territories.

Lesser War Lords may only plunder resources, but the more ruthless ones will destroy the Lord Crystals of their adversaries, stripping them of their lordship forever.

Despite the universal opposition from Canglan's nations and the threat of being hunted for such actions, War Lords persist. Their existence instills a perpetual sense of urgency among Lords to fortify their territories.

War Lords are essentially the outlaws of the Lord community.

They're not just wanted on the Lord Continent; they're also fugitives on the Canglan Continent. Once captured, they face trial according to their committed crimes and the Lordly laws of each nation.

Zhou Yan began upgrading his buildings.

A territory alert announced, "Spend 100 spirit coins to elevate the spiritual field to Level 2."

Another alert followed, "Spend 200 spirit coins to raise the spiritual field to Level 3."

Territory Alert: "300 spirit coins have been expended to advance the spiritual field to Level 4."

Building: Spiritual Field

Level: 20

Upgrade Requirements: 30,000 spirit coins, one One-star Earth Attribute Crystal Core.

Quality: S (0/2)

Defense: 10,000 / 10,000

Special Feature I: Accelerates crop maturation and replenishes spiritual energy.

Special Feature II: Enhances crop attributes.

Description: A field imbued with spiritual energy not only hastens crop growth but also infuses them with vitality and boosts their properties. The spiritual field can evolve further only after the addition of two more plots.

The spiritual field gained an extra attribute. Its exact effects would become clear once he began his harvest.

The spiritual field was suitable for cultivating both crops and various medicinal herbs. Possessing seeds of spiritual medicine would be ideal.

Yet, Zhou Yan, formerly an average Joe, lacked such seeds. He had only brought along common agricultural seeds.

Upon reaching Level 20, the spiritual field expanded by nineteen plots.

He had an abundance of seeds. With twenty plots of spiritual field, they could plant a plethora of fruits and vegetables.

"Chan, let's plant some vegetables together," he suggested.

Zhou Yan presented a variety of seeds he had meticulously prepared and sorted.

His collection included corn, cabbage, leafy greens, cucumber, white radish, carrot, peanut, grape, peach seeds, and more.

In this realm, it was common for any fruit to be grown from seeds.

Concerned about a potential food shortage, he had previously purchased a diverse array of seeds. Little did he know they would come in handy now.

Otherwise, he wouldn't have invested in upgrading the spiritual field to Level 20, taking up a vast expanse of land.
