Twilight on the Balcony
Twilight on the Balcony
Cara Willis thought that she was safe in Tokyo after running away from a problem that continued to haunt her long after four years. She was beginning to gain back pieces of herself that her ex-boyfriend, Seth, had stolen, and it was a slow process. Cara begins work as a food critic for one of the most well-known food magazines, eager to prove herself worthy of a permanent position. She just didn't think she'd be getting some help from her neighbor. Ryuuji Shinohara is fixated on his work and for a good reason. His attention to detail is second to none as he attempts to cement his ramen shop as the best in Tokyo. He's fascinated by his next-door neighbor the moment he meets her on the balcony they share. Her espresso colored skin and curvy figure in vintage dresses do little to avoid him from becoming hooked. Add to that; she offers him publicity to the store, something he's not crazy enough to pass up. Weekly dinners turn into opportunities for sparks to fly, breaking up their busy lives and closely guarded secrets. When her crazy ex, Seth, shows up in Tokyo, Ryuuji steps in, causing much annoyance to Seth and threatens to break down Cara's defenses. Cara's not sure whether she's ready to let go of quite yet, and if she's got a choice if she wants to secure a chance of staying not only in Japan but away from her ex.

In the prime location of Hollywood, there was such a mysterious restaurant. Here you can not only see the stars eating at the same table as the cleaning aunts; you can also see the beggar and the beautiful CEO talking and laughing. Even the cheapest bowl of porridge here cost 99 dollars, while the most expensive bowl of Egg-Fried Rice cost 10 million dollars. This was because the ingredients used in the bowl of Egg-Fried Rice were the Fear Dragon Eggs.
