A Home Filled with Thorns And Roses

Ahhh !.
 I heard my Mum scream. I ran up to her and met her facing the floor, scratching the floor with her long nails.
 
 long nails ?! 
 My mum always made sure she trimmed her nails every weekend but today... now her nails are as long as a hawk's.
 she looked up and my eyes met with hers. her eyes shone red. she leapt towards me then stopped.
 " Ceece  run ! ". she yelled but I stood, still wondering what has come over her.
 Her mood suddenly became more scarier, all the lamps in the house started going off one after the other.
 " Mum snap out of it, it's no longer funny ". I cried.
 she leapt towards me again and I dodged when her claws tried to sink in my skin.
 
 I finally headed to her advice and ran to the door but it was already late !.
 The door slammed shut in my face !.... Geez... I'm a dead meat...
