An Affair 'Not' To Remember

Melinda McDaniels ... after being dumped from a 3 year relationship ... takes her best friend's advice, and goes out for a girl's night out at the Bromley Crown Royal Hotel; only winding up to awaken the next morning rather hungover ... not to mention naked in bed ... all alone in the hotel's Presidential Suite.
Soon, a stranger ... Edward Bromley; CEO of Bromley Holdings LLC ... comes back to the room to pick up a watch left behind on the nightstand; and, gives Melinda a $500,000 check as hush money to forget about ... which ironically, she already has ... and keep quiet about last night's incident.
Melinda is infuriated; and rips up the check. ... Edward leaves; and, both figure that they'll never see each other again.
However, later, Melinda discovers that she's pregnant; and, goes after Edward to take responsibility for his part in the one-night stand.
Little does Melinda know, it was actually his younger brother, Chad, who had slept with her that night.  But, being how Chad embarrasses the family enough with Playboy-like style exploits frequently reported about  in the tabloids; it's decided that Edward would claim that he was the one who slept with, and impregnated Melinda.
Placed into a contractual marriage, in order to protect the Bromley's good name and reputation; it's arranged that after the baby's born, Edward and Melinda will divorce ... and, Melinda will turn over the baby to the Bromleys; in order for them to secure the next family heir.
However; things become complicated when Melinda and Edward start to really fall in love with one another ... and, the truth about that night's incident comes to light.
