Hatred-drawing System

Shattered to his core, Ling Chen discovers his girlfriend's betrayal with a man of wealth.  His heartache is profound, leading him to end their relationship instantly.  Her mockery of his lack of wealth only twists the knife further.
As if fate itself is orchestrating his revenge, the same man who stole his girlfriend is involved in a nearby accident.  Ling Chen, seething with resentment, pretends to call for help, secretly reveling in the man's predicament.  His thirst for vengeance feels momentarily quenched.
However, as he departs from the accident scene, an ethereal voice halts him. The voice, ghostly and ominous, warns him of an impending apocalypse.  The world's salvation, it claims, rests on Ling Chen gaining a system that will make him universally despised, with the negative energy it generates being the world's last hope.
Upon accepting this peculiar proposition, Ling Chen's life spirals into the unexpected.  He discovers his true lineage as the only heir of the wealthiest man in Xihong City.  
As he grapples with this newfound status, the reality of his mission weighs heavily: can he bear the burden of universal disdain?
