His and hers

Harper Kings, once the darling  of society, fell from grace when her Father gets convicted for a Major Fraud crime causing their family’s company to go bankrupt and get seized, while her mom develops a health complications from the shock. They are forced to move out and sell their luxurious mansion  in other to settle their debts and pay her mother’s medical bills. Harper who has never worked a day in her life has to work as a waitress at a local restaurant in order  to pay for her mom’s medical bills and keep a roof over their head.
The severity of her family’s current situation pushes her to accept a deal to be Fake wife of Jason Nial, the City’s youngest tech mogul, rumored to have a heart of stone and ruthless ambitions in exchange for a heart donor for her mother
Jason is forced to get married in other to land a contract that could take his company to the next level. When fate places Harper Kings in front of him, he immediately  grabs the opportunity. He offers to settle her Mom’s medical bills and offer her a stable Job as his assistant in exchange for 1 year as his fake wife.
Harper plays the role of a wife and personal assistant perfectly but soon finds herself falling him when she discovers that his cold outlook is all a protective  shield and he is infact, just a man with scars, scared to get hurt again. Jason begins to get confused his decision when he begins to get softhearted and possessive towards his fake wife.
When reality and illusion overlaps and their problems begin to overwhelm them, will their love built on a foundation of deceit shatter ? Or would they be able to scale through, coming out stronger ? Will the demons of their past continue to hunt them?
