Mia and Mara

"You can never be a mother. Your womb cannot carry a child" the doctor announced to Catherine after so many miscarriages with unknown causes.
"Now you are pregnant with twin daughters," the same doctor told her again. She couldn't believe her ears. She went for another test and it came out positive.
Arthur, her husband, is overjoyed but keeps the babies a secret until they are delivered. Now the babies are born, one is dead and the other has Autism. Catherine thought she couldn't be more shattered until she loses her husband as well and is taken into captivity by an unknown man who claimed to be responsible for her miscarriages.
