After seeing his long time girlfriend in his highschool, getting cuddle with a guy, he gets jealous and made up his mind to get her back into his life by blackmailing both her and her family.
Ryan digs up the past of the Harrison family,n using, it to hunt each and everyone of them, just so he could keep her safe from her aunt, her cousins and her mother.
After both of them met in an awkward situation during a summer break, when Ryan had gone to visit his grandparents, they both got close together and decided to give relationship a try even at their young age.
For Tina it was a way to escape the reality of a harsh mother who hates her and for Ryan it was just a means to kill time. After being forced and emotionally damage several times by Ryan she decides to end the so called feelings and relationship between them. 
Ryan tries to kill time and heal the hurt of being dumb by his first girlfriend, when I his mind he was trying to help her change, so she won't get bullied any longer. 
Deciding to close his heart he turns into a Playboy breaking the heart of different girl, until he comes across the one who broke his on heart again. This time he determines to make her stay by his side, until she had learnt a lesson and also cure his broken heart.
But with Tina cousin Rita getting in the way of their relationship, Ryan left with no choice decides to use Rita's past against her, blackmailing her and her family to protect Tina.
But Rita cared otherwise, letting her infatuation get the best of her, leading her to her death, as her mother mourns her death in denial, and being to see Tina as her own daughter, focusing Tina to take the identity of Rita while she's at home.
Ryan finds a way to separate Tina from her aunt and family, bringing her into his own house, leading to the insanity of her aunt.  He makes up his mind to treat her right, so as to fulfill his heart desires of making her fall from him once again before breaking her heart. 
Ryan starts to develop real dealing for Tina and they both decide to give their relationship one more try, but after Tina finds out from her best friend Ethan, Ryan's originally plan, her heart gets broken and she vows to never give her heart to Ryan.
Ryan tries his best to make her forgive him, he takes her out on dates and follows her like a lost puppy throughout the school, making Tina heart soften a bit, but still remains skeptical about him.
Alex Tina cousin brother decides to take revenge for the death of his sister and what they turn his mother into and kidnaps Tina, hoping to use her to lure Ryan to him, but Ryan older cousin brother comes instead, making Alex nervous as his secret of being a Bi, was now at the surface of being exposed
Ryan cousin Rico, safes Tina, as they both plan to get back at Alex, by faking a relationship while Ryan was away on a trip with his father, thereby making Alex jealous.
Ryan comings back to find out that his cousin was now dating the girl he loves, leading a fight between them as he waited for explanation. Rico gets wounded, making Alex more anger and he stabs Ryan.
Tina gets worried for Ryan as he goes into coma and confesses her love for him, staying beside him and taking care of him, while Rico tries his best to hide Alex from the police. 
Ryan wakes up, but with a memory lost, making Tina sad as she tries all she could to get his memory back, but to no avail. Ryan decides to still date her because of the stories he hears about them and the love she shows him.
Ryan finally get his memory back, after Tina's aunt escapes rehab and tries to kill her. Alex mourn his mother and get sad he wasn't able to tell her about his sexuality, but gets comforted by Rico and the two starts a relationship.
The couples continues their life in college and eventually gets married.
