The licensed murderer

Vanessa is a young detective who works for the FBI, she is recently given a case to handle. 
People  are dying daily and the killer is yet to be known .
Finding clues are hard ,no blood spill, no finger print , no bullet holes all that is found is dead bodies with a weird bite mark.
