The Vampire Marked Her

PROLOGUE 
Decades after the war between vampire and humans, the earth got to be ruled by vampires, and humans lived in it as strangers.
River lost her parents due to the war and ended up living with her mum sister, who has a daughter same age as her and a son two years older than her.
She's been blinded by hatred and anger for vampires ever since her parent death, but ended up getting entangled with one, after one night.

River shrieked in pain, the moment his fangs pierced onto her bare neck, she felt the pain subsidies but then intensifies as he drank her blood. 
She could feel her heart pounding in fear and energy draining from her and she finally has enough. 
"Let go" she softly begged but he drank heavier, she tried to pull away but he was too strong. 
She accepted her fate she was going to die, but shockingly she felt his fang retract and then followed by a gentle kiss, he licked the blood that snoozed out a little and gently sucked on the area he bit her.
 River eyes widened she liked it, but she knew it was wrong. 
He intensified his pace and she moaned softly. He then suddenly left her go and stared at her, her gaze turned blurry and she passed out. 
What happens when a bond was set at that moment. What happens when she found out he marked her. 
And what happens when she secrets get revealed through out the line and how does he protect her from his deadly enemies.
