Two cities
Different ideologies
City 5, fled only 5 rules to be followed. Anyone who disobeys the law has severe penalties. City 3 or known as freedom city they believe that every people has the freedom to do what they want.
Luna is the youngest commander who lives in City 4, a prosperous place where there is no trouble. Because of his father's request, he was forced to move to City 5 to lead the army. Their goal was to eliminate the flying army led by Sol. A man who promote equal rights and freedom for all.
