Dominion of the Supreme

In all of his years of existance his life has been what you call a "Catastrophe" from the first day he was born volcanoes all over the world erupt , storm rage in the cities and a meteor hit his country , 4 years old his parents died due to a terrorist attack , age 10 his house the only inheritance left by his parents have been burned , the cycle goes on and on until the last day of his life when a shark ate his body and the only thing that left was the mark of destruction he caused to the terrorist of the world.
 And now here he is facing god that told him:
"You mortal ----- due to the deeds that you have done in the past is going to reincarnate in Higher  Realm"| said an a human shape light
"Eh? Ok " said nonchalantly by a white blob that rivals the pureness of the light
Join the journey of ------- in the new realm will his life be filled with catastrophe or will his fate change?
This is my first time writing and my vocabular isnt that rich so im sorry if there is an error , this is just a creation for my free time but i
