Wala sa isip ng disesiete anyos na si Soraya ang umibig sa isang Montealegro. When she was just a child she had already imprinted in her mind that she would never like any of them. Kaya kahit maraming nagkakandarapa sa mga apo ng matandang Montealegro, kahit na isang sulyap lamang sa mga ito ay hindi niya ibinigay. She knew how skirt-chaser every Montealegro is.
But things changed when Soraya met a certain Montealegro she wished she never met. Si Ambrose Nicolous Montealegro, unang tingin palang makikita na agad kung gaano ito katinik sa babae. The arrogant face that she could never forget and keep on coming back to her mind.
So she avoids him in every possible way, but unfortunately, this Montealegro keeps on chasing her.
