Doomsday Hegemony

When the apocalypse arrived in the world, it was very different from what anyone would have thought. 
Zombies emerged overnight, the virus spread rapidly, and transformed humanity.
New beings arose on the brink of human extinction, evolved individuals.
In this odyssey, Lin Chen, a university student, suffered all possible misfortunes—his sister, his father, his mother, and the majority of his loved ones had died in tragic ways.
Guided by depression and sadness, he continued his life as a mercenary, looting relics, clearing waves of zombies, and facing death day by day with the hope of reuniting soon with his family.
However, on the day of his tragic death at the hands of a companion, instead of a family reunion in the afterlife, he obtained a new opportunity; he had returned from the future, two days before the apocalypse, and unknowingly brought something powerful with him.
